Alean Family Resort & SPA Riviera 4* Ultra All Inclusive in Anapa

We vacationed in Anapa for the first time in September 2021 with a 3-year-old child on an all-inclusive basis. We went to the Riviera on the recommendation of friends who vacation there regularly. We really enjoyed it. The food was varied and delicious—we vacationed for 17 days. There's a children's area with a large selection. For babies, there's formula, watered-down porridge, jars, juices, cottage cheese, kefir, and milk. The pastries were delicious. I didn't really like the wine, but it was drinkable. The bar offers a decent selection of alcoholic (whiskey and cola, blue lagoon, etc.) and non-alcoholic cocktails. A shuttle runs to the beach regularly. The beach is excellent—a bar, sun loungers, and towels. There's an outdoor play area under a roof. Banana boat and boat rides are nearby. The service is top-notch. The cleaning is high-quality, and children's shampoo and a bathrobe were provided upon request. Entertainment for the very youngest includes a play area, outdoor playgrounds, and an evening mini-disco. There are plenty of activities for ages 4+; the hotel is ideal for children of this age. There are master classes for adults, including art and cooking. The entertainers are very active and friendly. My child especially liked the squirrels Viki and Chiki. Viki's toy is still her favorite. They alone make me want to come back. Anapa itself wasn't impressive, but there are entertainment options. The Dolphinarium and Aquarium are within walking distance. Heading towards Dzhemete, there's an amusement park, an upside-down house, and a mini-zoo. Heading towards the central embankment, there's a Ferris wheel and other attractions. There are bike paths. We rented bikes with child seats from the hotel and rode there. In the center, there's a zoo and other children's activities. The only downsides aren't related to the hotel: mosquitoes after heavy rains, then a cold snap, and muddy sea. When the water dropped to 18-20 degrees, the sea became clear. We would definitely come back if not for the sea lottery. We're considering the Alean Sputnik hotel in Sochi for next year. But there are pebbles there. Everything has its pros and cons. We were happy with our stay at the hotel; I recommend it for families with children or for adults who just want to enjoy the beach.

We first stayed at the Alean Family Resort & Spa Riviera two years ago. We weren't able to go on vacation last year, but this year we stayed here for 10 days! It's so wonderful not having to cook or clean. The hotel staff does it for you. All we could do was relax and enjoy the opportunity. Everything was wonderful here, from the cozy room to the service staff. I'd like to single out the staff in particular—Vika, Olesya, and Masha—you're simply amazing! What would we do without you?! Alena always kept everything in order and our room spotlessly clean. And the food in the restaurant is simply delicious! The hotel offers a variety of activities, both wellness and entertainment. Come relax here and you're guaranteed an unforgettable stay!

I have so many great words for the Alean Family Resort & Spa Riviera. We've been coming here for our second year in a row. It's the most comfortable hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff is fantastic, maintaining a high level of service; everyone is friendly and polite. The entertainment staff immediately connected with our children. The whole family had a great time at the mini-water park and on the sports fields. The warm sea, clean beach, and fresh sea air delighted us throughout our vacation (thankfully, we were lucky with the weather). The rooms are excellent: everything is clean and beautiful. As soon as we enter our room, a bottle of champagne and glasses are waiting for us on the table. The linens are always clean and crisp white. Just dial the number on the landline and they'll tell you everything about the hotel, the entertainment activities, and bring you anything you need 24/7. The staff definitely gets a thumbs up! I'd also like to praise the restaurant: everything is top-notch, the dishes are incredibly delicious, and there's a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. We loved the Kuban version – the recipe for "farm-style" pork has made its way into my notebook; it will be nice to take some of the memories home with me. In short, it was wonderful. A wonderful vacation that we want to return to!

Dear and now beloved Rivierushka!!! We express our heartfelt gratitude for our vacation within your walls. I am 150% certain that we will return at the earliest opportunity! Allow me to share my thoughts about the hotel with the world. First of all, I would like to note the staff's training, which is unique among Ultra All-Inclusive resorts. I don't know if they train people for this job from childhood, or if they select staff according to some monstrous standards or motivate them with hefty bonuses, but I have never seen such an attitude toward their family, and indeed, toward every guest, young and old. Everyone is so kind, smiling, helpful, and it's clear they enjoy working here. This is evident not only in the receptionists and animators, but also in the cleaners, maids, baggage handlers, and waiters – all of them are hand-picked. It's as if the hotel is 100 years old – 100 years of consistent high-quality service, and it's the best in the world. We were told that the Riviera is about 18 years old, but it doesn't look dated. The rooms are clean, with new furniture. Although wrought iron, it doesn't creak, doesn't look pretentious, and fits perfectly with the decor. The plumbing is good quality, the curtains block out light, and we didn't notice any unpleasant odors in the room or hallway. By the way, cleaning is daily and very high-quality! There was plenty to eat! And that's putting it mildly. We stayed in the fall, and one of the restaurants (yes, the Riviera has two!) was unfortunately already closed, but there was no shortage of food. There were always starters and main courses, and plenty of salads (yes, they use mayonnaise). But for those who care about their figure, there are simple vegetables, lean soups, and a separate table with "Healthy Food." There's so much to choose from, it's impossible to try every dish! This monstrous selection is complemented by the obvious effort of the chefs, because the food is truly delicious. So, without further ado, it's DELICIOUS and that's it. I highly recommend the pork a la farmer's style. Riviera knows how to handle meat, if there's one thing it's not the other! We're not particularly keen on the entertainment, as most of my children are grown up, but we noticed that the other kids were busy all day. We're more into relaxation, and that's where it's all about: Riviera has a spa, but many of its services are paid, and the prices aren't exorbitant, and the treatments are high-quality. A massage and a Charcot shower are just what you need for relaxation! Very relaxing, and afterward, head to the pool and have a great day! The herbal tea bar is pretty good. In short, good people – don't hesitate to come to Riviera for a relaxing holiday. You'll love it here; there's plenty to do for the whole family, you won't go hungry, and a lot depends on the staff during your vacation (we know firsthand), and here Riviera beats everyone. The hotel met and exceeded all expectations 👍 We rested with children in May, in this chic hotel. Liked everything! Starting from pleasant food for every taste. Ending with cleanliness in the pool! Polite helpful staff, well-groomed area. Solve any issue instantly! Dry children's sneakers, boil soup for the daughter, look at the cameras where the children are on the territory. These are very important little things. We wanted not only to relax, but also to take care of the health of the child, so we needed to eat right, we turned to the chef Eduard, thank you very much from our whole family, and in particular from Alice, for the first time she ate with pleasure, then, then she was told, not what she wants. The rooms provide practically! Cleanliness of bed linen and freshness of towels is very important for me!!! There are no words to describe all the advantages of the hotel. Was very pleasantly surprised! We will definitely come back again!

It's great here! I like everything: excellent rooms, and a huge beautiful well-groomed green area, and many leisure areas for all ages, and very tasty food. And most importantly - the care of the administration about our vacation. Daily exciting evening shows for children and adults. Heated outdoor pools with animation and indoor with saunas. Possibility to leave the child alone in the children's playroom (from 3 years old free of charge). Great beach with a bar. The description can be found on the website. But the impressions of the rest in this hotel is difficult to convey. In a word - unexpectedly for our south. For us, after Turkish trips, this was a discovery. We returned again. We are planning to come again.

Just an unforgettable vacation!! Good day to all! We rested at the Riviera Hotel from 2.05 - 15.05. The holiday was a success with 5 points, thanks to the professionalism and hospitality of all the hotel staff from the managers at the reception to the waiters !! Food in restaurants and drinks in bars is fully consistent with the declared Ultra All Inclusive We have always been sincerely surprised by the range of dishes served and everything is our own, nothing specific, like abroad, for example. The staff is doing everything possible to protect you from the coronavirus pandemic, sanitizers on every corner, all staff in masks. San. Processing is ongoing. I would especially like to single out the staff from the animation, well, such guys are open, cheerful and really created a holiday around. Always some contests, parties, karaoke. With children, they can find a professional approach to everyone, so that children simply do not come off of them. We thank all the staff of the Riviera Hotel for an unforgettable stay! We arrived for the May holidays, there was no full load at the hotel, there were few guests at the hotel. We booked a two-room suite - we settled in a building where there is a medical center on the ground floor and it is very convenient to have access directly to the Swedish line to the Riviera restaurant - I liked the room at first glance, a large bathroom, the first room with a large double bed, carpet, like we understood this feature of the suites, because in all other categories there is either a laminate or a tile on the floor, an excellent view of the quiet park area). The Swedish line in the restaurant is beyond praise - tasty and quite varied, especially pleased with the children's line. Chef RESPECT. All children's areas, and this is VikiChiki, Tinklab, a culinary studio, (by the way, which is not unimportant on the beach, there is also a kids club and entertainment for both children and adults) are well equipped, various master classes are held every day, including culinary ones, dance, made cookies, painted glasses, made crafts from clay), just drew, played, held contests on consoles, broadcast films, drove cars and all this O, MIRACLE !!!!! - without the participation of parents. Thank you attentive girls animators !!!! I was also very pleased with the mode of operation - until half past ten in the evening. Children enjoyed spending the whole day in the center. adult animation. Usually, worries about the arrangement of children take away all free time and it is not possible to appreciate, and even more so to participate in entertainment for adults, but in the Riviera, well-organized children's leisure time allowed us, adults, to relax. Musical evenings, guest artists and the animators themselves gave cool performances on the animation stage, where you could immediately eat and drink strong alcoholic drinks, which was already included in the price, evening games (animators Olga, Lenochka and another girl, did not remember the name) allowed re-experience the taste of life. In general, they were satisfied with the rest, the hotel is really focused on families with children, giving parents the opportunity to relax and have an interesting and entertaining time for the child. I strongly recommend visiting!

Wonderful family hotel Rested family in this hotel in late September early October. The child is 1.5 years old. I'll start with the fact that it took a long time to decide on the city of residence - Anapa or Sochi. Picked up hotels, called up managers, talked. As a result, we decided that we wanted a more relaxing holiday (so that there were more walking areas) and settled on Anapa. When the Alean manager called us, we said that we had chosen Anapa. I want to thank Julia from the sales department for insisting and being able to convince us at the last moment. The hotel is just wonderful. It's kind of cozy and very homey. We felt at home. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and very accommodating. None of our wishes remained unnoticed. All issues were resolved very promptly. The teachers are very nice and you can see how much the kids love them. My daughter is very selective in terms of communication and will not fit everyone. Immediately, when she came to play, she immediately began to look for girls, take them by the hand and walk. Girls, you are great fellows! The kitchen made me very happy. Many thanks to the chef of the restaurant. We lived for 1 week and did not notice repetitions of dishes. Every day something new. I am a very picky eater, but there is nothing to complain about here. We needed cottage cheese without taste, the next day they added it to the diet. Everything is very, very tasty. For children, a special table, diet food. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. An interesting feature is a separate table with sweets. Very funny. Rooms. We had a one-room superior in the seventh building. Cleaned every day, changed towels, bedding. The cleaning staff is very friendly and pleasant. In general, we had a very, very pleasant feeling from the hotel. My sincere recommendation. If we happen to visit Anapa again, we will definitely return here.

We rested with a friend who stays at this hotel every year, but I stayed there for the first time. We have the best impressions! She did not regret for a minute that she agreed to the offer to stay in the Riviera. The room is large, comfortable, convenient, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very clean and comfortable. The territory of the hotel is generally a fairy tale! With a huge number of rare plants, everything around is blooming and fragrant☺ beauty! Very nice heated pool, nice SPA. Private beach, lounge area with fine sand, the approach to the sea is equipped with wooden decks so as not to burn your feet, very comfortable. There is a great cafe on the beach. Very good service, staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, for dinner we went to the Riviera and Azur restaurants. Everything is also very tasty. It was very nice when we checked into the room, and a bottle of sparkling and branded halva with a personal letter was waiting for us in it, which the hotel staff took care of.☺.
