The hotel met and exceeded all expectations 👍 We rested with children in May, in this chic hotel. Liked everything! Starting from pleasant food for every taste. Ending with cleanliness in the pool! Polite helpful staff, well-groomed area. Solve any issue instantly! Dry children's sneakers, boil soup for the daughter, look at the cameras where the children are on the territory. These are very important little things. We wanted not only to relax, but also to take care of the health of the child, so we needed to eat right, we turned to the chef Eduard, thank you very much from our whole family, and in particular from Alice, for the first time she ate with pleasure, then, then she was told, not what she wants. The rooms provide practically! Cleanliness of bed linen and freshness of towels is very important for me!!! There are no words to describe all the advantages of the hotel. Was very pleasantly surprised! We will definitely come back again!

But the impressions of the rest in this hotel is difficult to convey. In a word - unexpectedly for our south. For us, after Turkish trips, this was a discovery. We returned again. We are planning to come again.

Just an unforgettable vacation!! Good day to all! We rested at the Riviera Hotel from 2.05 - 15.05. The holiday was a success with 5 points, thanks to the professionalism and hospitality of all the hotel staff from the managers at the reception to the waiters !! Food in restaurants and drinks in bars is fully consistent with the declared Ultra All Inclusive We have always been sincerely surprised by the range of dishes served and everything is our own, nothing specific, like abroad, for example. The staff is doing everything possible to protect you from the coronavirus pandemic, sanitizers on every corner, all staff in masks. San. Processing is ongoing. I would especially like to single out the staff from the animation, well, such guys are open, cheerful and really created a holiday around. Always some contests, parties, karaoke. With children, they can find a professional approach to everyone, so that children simply do not come off of them. We thank all the staff of the Riviera Hotel for an unforgettable stay! We arrived for the May holidays, there was no full load at the hotel, there were few guests at the hotel. We booked a two-room suite - we settled in a building where there is a medical center on the ground floor and it is very convenient to have access directly to the Swedish line to the Riviera restaurant - I liked the room at first glance, a large bathroom, the first room with a large double bed, carpet, like we understood this feature of the suites, because in all other categories there is either a laminate or a tile on the floor, an excellent view of the quiet park area). The Swedish line in the restaurant is beyond praise - tasty and quite varied, especially pleased with the children's line. Chef RESPECT. All children's areas, and this is VikiChiki, Tinklab, a culinary studio, (by the way, which is not unimportant on the beach, there is also a kids club and entertainment for both children and adults) are well equipped, various master classes are held every day, including culinary ones, dance, made cookies, painted glasses, made crafts from clay), just drew, played, held contests on consoles, broadcast films, drove cars and all this O, MIRACLE !!!!! - without the participation of parents. Thank you attentive girls animators !!!! I was also very pleased with the mode of operation - until half past ten in the evening. Children enjoyed spending the whole day in the center. adult animation. Usually, worries about the arrangement of children take away all free time and it is not possible to appreciate, and even more so to participate in entertainment for adults, but in the Riviera, well-organized children's leisure time allowed us, adults, to relax. Musical evenings, guest artists and the animators themselves gave cool performances on the animation stage, where you could immediately eat and drink strong alcoholic drinks, which was already included in the price, evening games (animators Olga, Lenochka and another girl, did not remember the name) allowed re-experience the taste of life. In general, they were satisfied with the rest, the hotel is really focused on families with children, giving parents the opportunity to relax and have an interesting and entertaining time for the child. I strongly recommend visiting!

Wonderful family hotel Rested family in this hotel in late September early October. The child is 1.5 years old. I'll start with the fact that it took a long time to decide on the city of residence - Anapa or Sochi. Picked up hotels, called up managers, talked. As a result, we decided that we wanted a more relaxing holiday (so that there were more walking areas) and settled on Anapa. When the Alean manager called us, we said that we had chosen Anapa. I want to thank Julia from the sales department for insisting and being able to convince us at the last moment. The hotel is just wonderful. It's kind of cozy and very homey. We felt at home. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and very accommodating. None of our wishes remained unnoticed. All issues were resolved very promptly. The teachers are very nice and you can see how much the kids love them. My daughter is very selective in terms of communication and will not fit everyone. Immediately, when she came to play, she immediately began to look for girls, take them by the hand and walk. Girls, you are great fellows! The kitchen made me very happy. Many thanks to the chef of the restaurant. We lived for 1 week and did not notice repetitions of dishes. Every day something new. I am a very picky eater, but there is nothing to complain about here. We needed cottage cheese without taste, the next day they added it to the diet. Everything is very, very tasty. For children, a special table, diet food. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. An interesting feature is a separate table with sweets. Very funny. Rooms. We had a one-room superior in the seventh building. Cleaned every day, changed towels, bedding. The cleaning staff is very friendly and pleasant. In general, we had a very, very pleasant feeling from the hotel. My sincere recommendation. If we happen to visit Anapa again, we will definitely return here.

We rested with a friend who stays at this hotel every year, but I stayed there for the first time. We have the best impressions! She did not regret for a minute that she agreed to the offer to stay in the Riviera. The room is large, comfortable, convenient, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very clean and comfortable. The territory of the hotel is generally a fairy tale! With a huge number of rare plants, everything around is blooming and fragrant☺ beauty! Very nice heated pool, nice SPA. Private beach, lounge area with fine sand, the approach to the sea is equipped with wooden decks so as not to burn your feet, very comfortable. There is a great cafe on the beach. Very good service, staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, for dinner we went to the Riviera and Azur restaurants. Everything is also very tasty. It was very nice when we checked into the room, and a bottle of sparkling and branded halva with a personal letter was waiting for us in it, which the hotel staff took care of.☺. Wonderful hotel! We rested in the Riviera in early September, comfortable rooms, felt at home. Daily cleaning. Very beautiful well-groomed territory, the cleanest pool with warm water, an excellent entertainment program for both children and adults. Excellent service, very attentive and unobtrusive staff. I wanted to write a review later, when I get to know more hotels of the chain and then write my opinion. Hotel Riviera is beyond praise. 5+ for sure. (were still in Biaritz, also smarties, but now it’s not about that). Service at the highest level. Well done. We were pleasantly surprised in every aspect. Comfort, service, maintenance, staff, food - everything is space. From what I have not forgotten and which is very, very convenient, this is the opportunity to stay at the hotel with children if the flight is late and not just stay, but have a good rest and use all the services and services. We met at the airport in a comfortable business class car, drove straight to the hotel, helped with things. No queues, everything is fast and in fact. Very beautiful rooms and the territory itself, transferring from Anapa somewhere to a European resort. The room was rented for three, everything is quite nice and clean, pillows, bathrobes, slippers, towels, dental and sewing kits, lotions, all bath accessories of good quality! Well, just chic shine, you don’t have to drag anything with you and take up space in your suitcase. The hotel has a wagon and a small cart from the services provided, walk-do not cross. There is even a bike station! Take a ride, go in for sports, lead an active lifestyle and thanks to animation, competitions for which you receive awards, drawings of pleasant prizes, tennis, aqua aerobics, darts, etc., etc. I watched on the hotel's instagram and the animation always organizes something. Fairs, a watermelon festival, harvesting, etc. of the hotel, everything is noisy fun, food is in abundance and delicious, we hit one and were delighted with the organization. But for those who like to lie down and retire in a calm atmosphere, there is also a place and activities. Spa center, massages, saunas, swimming pools (of which there are several for a minute and they are heated). Gorgeous place to relax. If there is an opportunity, we will gladly return and stay for a longer period in this hotel.

We came to the Riviera for the first time, the impressions are the most pleasant. Special thanks to the administration for the excellent service. We used a paid transfer to the hotel, the check-in was quick, the room was clean by our arrival. I liked the buffet very much, no hackneyed complex dinners for you. We decided to go to our resort this year. The hotel was chosen based on reviews. I liked the Riviera the most, and booked a standard room there. There were no problems during the rest, everything, as they wrote, is cozy and comfortable. There is a network of pools on the territory, there are heated ones, there are with a waterfall, in general, for every taste. The food in the form of a buffet is very varied and in a large assortment. But we often ate in other establishments on the territory of the hotel, mostly dined. The animators work perfectly, my daughter spent almost all the time in some kind of entertainment, and we rested ourselves. I liked it very much!
