Excellent hotel!!! Friendly, welcoming staff, very cozy rooms. The room with two separate beds pleased with huge beds, each almost like a double bed, lots of pillows, large blankets, everything is great in general. The spa has a large spacious pool, lots of sun loungers, enough for everyone even in the hot season. They greet you with champagne for breakfast 😉🥂 I was also pleased with the early check-in, instead of 15 at 11 o'clock, thank you very much!!! Free parking!

Cool family hotel on the second level of the city's hill. There is a spa center with a swimming pool, a cool lawn with mountain views and a lawn. Breakfast is good, clean, normal internet and gym. There is a bathhouse nearby and you can hike through the mountains and to the waterfall. I recommend.

A luxurious hotel, located after the first funicular of the Krasnaya Polyana resort (960 m). The hotel has easy access to the mountain top and hiking trails and offers amazing mountain views! Pros: - free ride on the funicular at any time to the 540 m mark - excellent breakfast and dinner (buffet with plenty of fish and seafood) - comfortable rooms with amenities (hairdryer, iron, kettle, toothbrushes and toothpastes Splat!, our own shampoo) - comfortable and large beds - free access to the gym, sauna, hammam and pool Of the minuses: - in the summer there is no hot (or even warm water) in the room, but the presence of a sauna compensates for this Overall - highly recommend if you want to stay in Krasnaya Polyana is sick for more than 2 days.

Great location with mountain views. We lived in a double room. There is everything. Telephone, TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron. Excellent buffet. Spa, gym, swimming pool. There are bathrobes, towels and personal hygiene products in the room. There are cable cars nearby. Playground for children, meditation, possibility for jogging.

Great hotel - loved everything. - Staff - well done (polite and competent) - Breakfasts - super (good choice of dishes) - Excellent Spa with hammam, sauna and swimming pool - Room with a dryer for clothes and storage of boots, skis, snowboards - Excellent rooms - clean, excellent cosmetics in the bathroom room (shampoo, shower gel) - The card in the room is at the same time a skripas for descent and ascent on the funicular to Krasnaya Polyana (Esto Sadok) Inside the hotel there is a rental of skis, snowboards - the kits are not to say that they are super, but there is everything you need - decent kits. I took it for 2 days - I was satisfied. I asked to change the helmet - because after the first day of skiing, I realized that it was a little tight - they changed it without problems. Among the shortcomings - only that sometimes there was yellowish water in the shower

Great hotel, first time here and will definitely be back. Everything is at the highest level: cleanliness (daily cleaning, change of towels), polite staff, spa center (hammam, steam room, swimming pool, massage, relaxation room), fresh buffet breakfasts, there is a wonderful restaurant at the hotel, and even expositions of local artists. And of course, the view from the hotel ??Since we checked in on our birthday, there was a nice bonus in the form of a dessert. We will definitely recommend to friends and acquaintances.

We rested for literally four nights. A wonderful place! Quiet.. calm. friendly and sincere staff. I saw their smiles even under medical masks in our difficult times. Delicious food for breakfast. Great spa! The mountain view is just amazing! I want back))

Were at the end of August. The views are gorgeous. Excellent breakfast. excellent spa, bass, sauna, hammam 5+! LOBBY BAR do not go to serve very long, they are deliberately deceiving on the menu, according to the availability of food and drinks, they take an extremely long time. Do not waste your nerves and money. Horror! We went to see. There were two days, there was nothing more to do with small children. 90% of rooms without balconies. Walk with a stroller at a height of max 15 minutes. It's noisy downstairs. Transfer to the sea 40 minutes.

Very good hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel has delicious breakfasts, a small hall and a swimming pool. A girl Margarita works at the reception, a professional in her field, she helped to figure everything out, and quickly settled into the room. In general, the staff throughout the hotel is very pleasant.
