Convenient location, comfortable rooms.
Not a bad hotel. New building. Dead-end one-way street, so cars are few. There are rooms with a balcony and without a balcony, the view from the balcony on houses ie no view, so the balcony only need to get things dry. The staff is friendly, polite. The rooms are clean. Spaciously. Everything you need is there - small fridge, mirror, table, air conditioning, bathroom with Hairdryer.
The hotel is near the sea - 10 minutes leisurely stroll. Near many restaurants, shops, market, Sberbank. The dining room of the hotel never got, got up late, and they have until 10 am to work. But there are many places where you can have Breakfast. The price of a private dining room 300r per person.
Now the cons, and they are still there:
Soundproofing - it is no. You can hear the neighbors talking, or having sex, screaming children. But we came late so not much bothered.
TV about nothing 3.5 channel.
Got one cockroach.
Overall liked the hotel. You can come.
Prices are sky-high!
