We had an evening flight, asked to extend the room by a few hours or provide the opportunity to use the shower. None of the administrators complied. Definitely not, although our room by the evening of that day was not occupied by anyone. Some strange problems arise when you ask for 2 room keys, although it must be provided without fail. Apparently they are afraid that one of the keys will be left in the room so that the air conditioner does not stop working. Save energy. The water pressure was constantly jumping, most often it was not enough. The room is small but neat. Cleaning was every day, which is very happy. Conclusion: the quality of services is not worth the price they ask for accommodation
I took a family room. With the light of the problem, there is one spotlight for the whole number. There are bedside lamps that barely shine. In general, in the evening, my wife has a big problem getting ready for a restaurant. But these are flowers. After cleaning the room, we lost a bag of body cream, hair balm, razor, shaving foam, etc. Well, at least valuable things were not there. Three times the reception was told about the loss. To which the answer - the cleaning lady thought that there was rubbish in the bag and threw it away. And that's all ... no apologies. It seems that there was not even a thought to return things. They did not swear, did not want to spoil the rest, left, but the sediment remained. I do not recommend the hotel, the attitude towards visitors is swine.
I recommend it, an excellent hotel, a quiet place in the city center, not far from the sea. I liked everything in the hotel, delicious hearty breakfasts. Polite staff, clean cozy comfortable room. The prices are very encouraging. Thanks for the rest. Prosperity to the Hotel. Thank you.
In the beginning there were some small problems with the water pressure. Then they got used to it. Otherwise, everything is fine. The location is great. 10 minutes from the sea. Quiet street. Attentive staff and very friendly. Clean linen and regular room cleaning. The price and quality match. We booked in January through the hotel. We rested in June. Economy room, small, but everything you need is there. We liked. Special thanks to Galina.
