Atlas Hotel in Gelendzik

To all who are suddenly going to stop by this snake pit! I will start with the fact that my husband and I, when we found this hotel on the website, really liked the rooms in the photo, especially with a terrace, kitchen and access to the pool. When we called, they demanded an advance payment, for technical reasons we were not able to do this and they kept calling us and demanding it. When we arrived, it turned out that such a room did not exist at all!!!!!! When we asked why they were constantly calling us, the girl answered that they often come and then leave. So it is not surprising!!!! The rooms do not match the photos at all!!!!!!! Many are not even there!!! We drove for many hours and decided not to move to another hotel, BUT IN VAIN! They put us in a room with a terrible bed (one two-lane was advertised), but in fact 2 connected ones that constantly moved apart with terrible, cheap linen! When we decided to visit the pool, my husband decided to take a robe for me. But you can't call this a robe! For 300 rubles, I got a dirty torn rag (the loop was torn off, the pocket, just like in the movies, torn in half with a corner hanging) HORRIBLE! I really regret that I didn't take photos of all this! The barbecue is paid.
At every turn there are notices that there is a fine of 5,000 rubles for smoking. But apparently this did not stop our neighbors, our room stank of smoke all night, as if my husband and I were smoking in our room, and we are both non-smokers! No one responded to the complaint at 2 am!
We came for breakfast, they gave us milk porridge and scrambled eggs, without a choice from the menu! Only instant coffee and no cream or milk. In general, since I don't eat dairy products and don't drink instant coffee, and my husband wasn't full, we had breakfast elsewhere for this extra charge.
And finally! Unfortunately, we paid for 2 days at once, but we were going on a plane to Sochi, and his company messed up with the tickets and it turned out that we had to leave after staying 1 day. We showed the ticket, but neither the administrator nor the manager returned our money for the second day. Therefore, I want to say, THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES THERE, DO NOT CHECK INTO THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL!

My family (children aged 6 and 9) went to Gelendzhik for the May holidays. We also had friends. We booked rooms at the same price, but with different names. The result: no kettle, as advertised, no safe. We asked for two days, but they never brought it. Two blankets for four, but I finally begged for more in the evening. There was no cleaning service, even though it was included. The price for additional services was higher than stated on the website. And the gimmick: 300 rubles for an hour of barbecue. How can this be calculated? 🙈

We went on vacation with our child and specifically chose a hotel with a HEATED pool (as advertised on the website).
And what a shame that's not true. The pool is cold and dirty. The rooms need renovation, and the white towels are no longer white. We won't be returning. This hotel is a nightmare.

The room smelled like "grandma's apartment" and clearly needed renovation. The white towels weren't white at all. Is that how they came to the conclusion that they have three stars? We were supposed to spend the night and were leaving in the morning. But we didn't get any sleep because a drunken group burst into the room next door at 3 a.m. and the drunken brawl continued until 5:30 a.m., with swearing, shouting, and the sound of breaking glass. And we were with a child. The most interesting thing is that upon check-in, we were warned that drinking and smoking were prohibited in the room, and making noise after 11 p.m. was prohibited. 😳 But what shocked me most was the reaction of the girl at reception. In the morning, when I complained, she pouted and said, "I don't know anything." She didn't even try to apologize or justify herself. That's all you need to know about the level of this scam. 🤷‍♀️👎👎👎

I booked a hotel room on September 22 at 1:30 PM. I arrived at 2:30 PM to check in, and the room wasn't ready. Is the management on good terms with hotel service?
Hotels and inns have check-in rules: check-in after 2:00 PM, check-out before 12:00 PM.
Question: Why are you posting a room on the website that's not ready for occupancy? I remind you that check-in was at 2:33 PM, but the room wasn't cleaned.
Then, upon arrival at the hotel, I went into my room. I discovered the shower hose was moldy, and all the metal parts in the bathroom/shower were rusty.
On the morning of September 23, starting at 8:30 AM, music was blasting from the courtyard.
Overall, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel! The service is terrible, and the admin is incompetent. The information on the hotel website is not up to date!

We took a suite, the room would have been normal if it were not for the armchairs painted with a handle (the room costs more than 7000 / day through booking). Check-in at 2 o'clock, we were checked in at 16:20 due to the fact that the room was not ready (there was a reservation and payment in advance). further we were not given anything to hide; only after the call at 23:12 the administrator brought us 3 sheets. no dressing gowns, wi-fi in the suite too. It looks like we paid money only for the pool.

I'll tell you a story too. Today at lunchtime, right in front of us, vacationers and children, a red-haired cleaning lady was screaming obscenities for ten minutes all over the yard. Scared the kids! She was not embarrassed that there were people nearby! They clean the hotel badly, they are always dissatisfied, they also don't know how to behave! Such people need to be fined or fired immediately. Choose the best staff.

We rested in July 2021. I didn’t like it! To the sea, more precisely, to a normal beach on foot for 40-50 minutes at a brisk pace, with children even longer, only by taxi. There is a dining room, but you can say it is not - in order to buy something to eat there, you need to order in the evening for tomorrow. But there is NO choice from food! if mushroom soup is prepared, then it is prepared for everyone, regardless of whether you love it or not. The menu says that tomorrow there will be rice porridge, but they carry semolina, they cook something different from what they offer. There is no balcony in the room, things do not dry, there are no dryers on the street. There is no civilization nearby, the hotel is located near the mountains. To go to eat in another dining room, you need to walk for a very long time, she is not nearby. The only one + is next to a pyaterochka store, a magnet and a kb. And the most interesting thing is the bed in the room is located so that its maid makes it, she needs to climb on it and crawl on it (the child went into the room and saw this picture). Problems with hot and cold water, it is often turned off. The staff is very angry, unfriendly, I don't even want to contact them, they look at us as if we owe them something. They walk without masks, they also carry food without masks and gloves and without a headdress, it is not very pleasant. The air conditioner broke down in the room - it was repaired for 3 days. There are no coolers with water, it is very inconvenient, you want to drink and if you have not bought it in the store or you run out of water, then there is no way to collect it at the hotel, with children this is a very big minus. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. We will definitely not return there again.

Even one star is a lot! There are insects in the rooms ... The attitude of the staff is poor. The bartender is rude and sarcastic, the youngster cooks terribly and gives a contemptuous look and rudeness to comments! At the Reception desk, girls do not get out of the phone ... It will be very difficult to find out something from them! Everything would be fine if it weren't for the staff ....... Hams and cattle ...
