Small cozy hotel. PROS: Conveniently located: within walking distance of the tram line. There are several stops to the center. The room is clean. On windows mosquito nets, you can sleep with an open window. Lived in room 6. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bathroom - shower, electric kettle. The service staff are friendly. CONS: poor insulation. The neighbors turned out to be noisy, it was impossible to sleep from the word at all, unfortunately, I had to leave the hotel.

Were on 25-27.06.21.Excellent Hotel, absolutely everything was pleasant, quiet, cozy, comfortable, although when we arrived we were embarrassed by the inscription "karaoke" - we thought it would be a fun pastime, but the administrator assured us that everything would be quiet and calm, so and it was - thank you very much! the administrators are very friendly and helpful, thanks girls!)))
