Good personnel
Cozy room, quite large. Is breakfast included. Of the minuses - the windows under the ceiling for some reason and the split works poorly.
The rooms are clean. This is where the pros end. Air conditioners almost do not work, there are no disposable slippers, only shampoo and soap are of hygiene items, hot and cold adjustments are mixed up in the shower, the shower curtain does not reach the side of the pallet, so when you wash, you fill the entire floor
We spent the night at the Niva Hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was a nice bonus. Service at a high level. Courteous staff. Very clean, beautiful. A visit to this complex inspired memories of travels in Europe. Similar to the Beylany Hotel in Wroclaw. A European level hotel at a very attractive price.
We came to Krasnodar for the weekend. We asked the locals, they said that the hotel is not very convenient. But in fact the hotel turned out to be great! Breakfast is included in the price. And good enough! Nice rooms. Rooms are cleaned every day, soap and soap accessories are updated.
