My rating for Travellers is 5-plus stars. Dear General Manager: your promotion in front of the hotel is false and misleading, practically fraudulent. The best price was about 3500, not 2500. Dear fellow travellers: Most 3-star hotels in Krasnodar are in shambles. ibis charges a bit more, but believe me, it's worth every rouble. (Thank you ibis!)

A visit to August 2017. The purpose of the business. We always stay here. Great location, center. Attentive and helpful staff. All the attributes of the club membership AKOR observed. A delicious cappuccino at the bar, great breakfasts!

The location is convenient, rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful, but the rooms fall empty and always ogromny number of people, so suddenly to be occupied can be a challenge...

Friendly, clean hotel in a simple Scandinavian style. Hearty breakfasts with enough variety of dishes and desserts. Friendly staff.

Have stayed several times at this hotel and everything was according to the formula-price quality ! Today you book in advance and covered the road from Moscow by car and is 15 hours, arrived after midnight to the hotel ! Here, the reception staff put me into shock, refused to place due to the lack of a Russian passport (in a hurry if you are going confused and took a passport instead of the usual)+had a driver's license and the availability base of my repeated visits to this hotel in their computer!!!! But all entreaties and attempts were even and the valiant staff in conjunction with their head of Shapkino IT sent me to hell in the morning !!! I certainly understand the Law and other statements, which are ordinary clerks give them the right to inhuman treatment of its visitors, but the brain and the mind for it and the person to make appropriate decisions! fortunately there is always a choice , and this convenient once the hotel will have to erase from their routes forever ! Be ye vigilant citizens don't leave home without a passport !!!

An excellent hotel. Not the first time staying in IBIS and all the like. The rooms are clean, a large number of shower gel and soap, friendly staff and comfortable beds. High speed wi-fi. Delicious Breakfast( buffet )

Clean and comfortable. Small but very comfortable room, especially liked the window table and as a work area. Good Breakfast.

Convenient location, adequate price for the room, cleanliness, courteous staff, it is also possible to use a computer with Internet access and print information up to 10 pages and 4 free...cons: blanket doesn't breathe, under it very hot and if you remove and then cold, because there is no Central heating, no heated towel rail, the bathroom door is not locked, the prices in the restaurant...

A new modern hotel!
Pros:
1. Bed. If you honestly did not expect how comfortable and convenient mattress, in the morning you feel comfort and enjoyment.
2. Purity. Many hotels not carefully watching the numbers, but in ibis all is well.
3. Furniture. Very often travel to cities in Russia, stayed in various hotels and hotels, but in ibis Krasnodar very comfortable the furniture was selected to work in the room.
4. Outlet. It is not funny but it is very important in the rooms have many outlets,as well as their location.
5. Breakfast. Very fresh and tasty food.
Of the small drawbacks I want to mention:
1. Missing spoon for shoes.
2. Plastic cups in the tub. ( plus what's in the package, but a toothbrush and paste is not put)
3. No stand in the shower where to put your toiletries. ( shampoo, gel)
4. Brushes ( sponge for shoes. (The shower has info that can be borrowed at reception but it is not convenient)
5. A bottle of water. Yes there is a cooler in the lift lobby, but it is not convenient.
Overall really liked the hotel! Stay at the same level, will definitely stay next time.
