1. Upon arrival in the room on the bed, small bugs of Red color, similar to bedbugs, were found, upon contacting the reception - the room was changed.
2. There was a kettle and disposable slippers in the room. Disposable soap - there was only a common reusable jar.
3. Going down for breakfast on August 6 - were extremely disappointed with the food - according to the remarks, the staff began to speak obscenely towards the visitors. The employees were wearing personal protective equipment. Upon contacting the reception, they said that they had nothing to do with the cafe. Although, as it turned out, according to the TIN, the cafe was registered as Marton.
4. Upon departure, we wanted to receive a receipt for our booking - but they said that we need to order in advance and we can’t help. - wanted to ask for a printout of the booking from Booking, but the booking was canceled by the hotel - without explanation. They gave the telephone number of the main office - so that they could understand it - but the number was given with an error - which, as I understand it, was done intentionally.
The correct number was found by us personally and an application was left with the manager of Anastasia. We are waiting for the result.
Also, an application was left to Rospotrebnadzor - for the disgusting quality and quality of personnel service. And also for violation of sanitary and epidemiological norms. ( is there a video)
5. Three stars and does not smell. Not at all I do not recommend!
Stained bedding. There is no plafond in the shower. Bathrobes and slippers are not provided. The shower stall is leaking. The soundproofing in the room is such that you can hear the neighbors leafing through the newspaper. The windows do not close tightly - everything that happens on the street can be heard in the room.
