+ Located on the main street, 5 minute walks to museums nearby, plenty of restaurants and the sea is only 10 minutes by walk. Great location. we had some issues with the room but staff was very helpfull, immediately resolved our issue. Meals are not included but there is a restaurant just outside the hotel where guests have breakfast available for a very low price. Overall great value for price, amazing location

Great hotel. Access by plastic card.
The air conditioner is quiet and powerful. The room has a wardrobe, microwave oven, refrigerator (quiet, bar), kettle, dishes (very good quality)
Towel dryer is always hot, in the shower the pressure of water and cold and hot is excellent.
Near the hotel Very good dining room (inexpensive, but with a huge choice), in front of the entrance there is parking for electric scooters, to any beach 10 minutes.
For the beach, a separate towel (burgundy) for all days of stay 200r (from the room beach towels (white) are not suitable and are prohibited)
Reports, checks for compensation or bookkeeping are available.

Booked a hotel.
Phoned within an hour.
It turned out that one resident does not have a PCR test in our country.
They hung up and debited 4450 rubles from the card.
I think it's very rude to work like that.

Very clean room, good plumbing. But the room (comfort) is small. There is no table, but there is a mini-kitchen.

Awful hotel! We lived in a superior room, I'm afraid to ask what in the other rooms. If you want to live in a room with a hole in the ceiling, equal linen and dirty towels, then this is the place for you.
There is simply no noise isolation.
The cleaning was done every day, BUT the maid just left a dirty bottle of cleaner among our belongings in the bathroom.
The price is overpriced, the city has a huge number of hotels that cost the same, but the service and level are several orders of magnitude higher.
I definitely do not recommend the hotel !!!
