SPA-hotel "the Island" (formerly "VIP town "Arctic") is a new, modern hotel built in European style. Located in the Maritime forest area. The hotel is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday, combined with the exquisite accommodation and first class service.

Location: among the picturesque evergreen Park on the Black sea coast, a 10-minute drive from Sochi city centre, 35 km from the airport of Adler, in 6 km from railway station Sochi.

Consists of a 5-storey building and seven 1-, 2-storey cottages.

Only 52 rooms, 15 of them with sea views.

Beach: own pebble beach, 500 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds – free of charge. The descent to the beach by lift.

Everything was great. The organization of food and beach recreation is very good. Excellent thermal complex. The staff is always ready to help in solving emerging issues. Possibility to use all the amenities of the Zapolyarye sanatorium.

Great hotel! Not inferior to good European SPA hotels. Comfortable, beautiful, delicious! Caring staff. We had our first vacation in March 2021 and immediately booked October! We did not regret it. Two weeks of happiness! But it is better to book in advance, almost everyone we talked to comes back only to this hotel. We will come back here again in April for a week and in October for two. Until next time, beautiful Islands!

I don't even remember how many times I've been here, sometimes literally for a day, if I'm nearby, I always try to visit the Islands. For me, everything here is impeccable - starting with the location. An authentic, wonderful place. Thanks to all the staff - all high-class professionals, thanks to the management - every little thing is thought out - from the mood-creating music, from the aromas floating in the hotel, to the color spectrum used in the interiors. Everything sets you up for relaxation. And every time I notice something new, invariably improving the hotel and our vacation. I understand what a colossal amount of work is behind creating such conditions for guests. Once again, huge thanks for the opportunity to relax like this. Clean cozy rooms, delicious and varied food, unobtrusive attention of the staff, always ready to solve any problem, a wonderful SPA, where there are wonderful masters who can do everything, and all the infrastructure. There is no point in looking for another place to relax - only to the Islands, and it doesn't matter for how many days! We have come and will come again

Stayed in this hotel for the first time. I liked everything very much: friendly staff, delicious and varied buffet, chic bed linen in the rooms (special thanks for this), very good SPA. Well, the territory of the Zapolyarye sanatorium itself is just a gift for families with children: several playgrounds, children's center Madagascar, swimming pools !!! You can even go nowhere and not go outside the territory. We will definitely come back here again in the summer. Thanks for such a wonderful vacation!

My wife and I stayed in hotels from 02/23/2021 to 03/05/2021. I really liked the meeting at the reception, we were treated to branded tea. The rooms were cleaned in the morning, linen and towels were changed daily. The food is excellent, especially the service of the waiters. Very polite, hospitable and helpful. Italian champagne is offered for breakfast and wine for lunch. Many thanks for a pleasant stay to all the staff of the hotel. We recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

We have been going to this hotel every summer for three years now. The buffet is top notch! Everything is very tasty, 3 meals a day, unlike other hotels. The service is excellent, the staff is polite, in everything they go towards the client. We plan to come again!
