Pullman Sochi Centre in Sochi

We really liked the view from our room and the view from the spa. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, near the waterfront. You have to go down some stairs to the beach, but that's not a problem when you're just walking around. We didn't use the hotel pool; we swam in the sea.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a clean beach with sun loungers and a spacious promenade for strolls. The rooms are very cozy. The sunset view from the room is stunning! The reception staff was very friendly! Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Arguably one of the best hotels in Sochi, at least in terms of location, staff friendliness, and quiet. The quietness of the eastern side deserves special mention, as it's generally difficult to find a quiet place in Sochi. Among the unpleasant moments, there was a strong negative experience upon check-in, as they simply didn't give us the suite we'd paid for (something incomprehensible happened that I don't want to get into), but they gave us another suite and made every effort to provide us with additional comfort. Other downsides include the small lockers in the pool (there's no room for clothes), the basic shower, and the poorly equipped gym. The gym itself is excellent, though—a great location and view from the 16th floor. However, the lack of standard back and abdominal benches seemed to suggest a lack of attention to equipment. It's also unclear why the robes don't have pockets 🤔

+ Yes all was good Excellent staff and service I appreciate that accor still runs business in Russia. People need still get connected. There will be a time after conflict and than loyalty in difficult times will never forgotten

Cozy rooms and great sea views! On the 13th floor there is a lounge area, in the evening we had a great time with the company ... the cost of the rooms is fully consistent with the level and comfort of living!

It offers stunning views of the Black Sea and is ideally located just minutes from the sea, the business district and the shopping area of Central Sochi. The hotel can be easily reached either from Adler International Airport (30 km) or from the railway station (2 km). This is a non-smoking hotel. Comfortable, cozy, spacious rooms with a balcony. Trained staff, excellent service

One of the best hotels in Sochi. The location is excellent, and our room had a balcony and a sea view—it couldn't be better. The breakfasts were delicious, and the cleaning was top-notch. I'd also like to highlight the service; we were given a complimentary late checkout, for which we're especially grateful. We'll definitely be back, thanks for a wonderful stay!
