Description

Boarding house "Edem" – is a three-storey modern building, forty meters from the sea, located in the Central part of Sochi. The Guesthouse is on the beach of Sochi, in the prestigious district "Svetlana" in a clean place, right next to such attractions as: a unique dendrological Park "arboretum", entertainment agencies, circus, Summer and Winter theatres, the Central city waterfront with convenient access roads. All rooms in the boarding house "Edem" with sea view. Eden is well suited for a family holiday.

Location: 25 km from the airport of Adler, in 6 km from railway station of Sochi, 4 km from the center of Sochi, 40 meters from the sea.

Consists of one 3-storey building.

Beach: own pebble beach, 40 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee.

Children are accepted from 2 years, treatment was provided to children from 7 years.

Check in 12.00 p.m. check-out 11.00.

We did not live in the boarding house, but went to the outdoor pool with heated sea water. The price is 800 rubles per person for the whole day. Nice resting place! Luxurious pool, park, well-groomed area. Two cafes, in one of them you can have a snack on the way to the sea. In the second - a branch of the Village - to eat well. Clean beach, although the entrance to the sea is very rocky in places. People often smoke on the beach, for some reason there is no staff to monitor this.

The food is tasty. But the menu is custom-made, they cover for a long time, eating for 30 minutes. Of these, 15 are waiting for food. Not very safe railings on the balconies and stairs, children have to be constantly monitored so that, God forbid, they don’t fall out and fall. In general, the boarding house is not bad. But the second time would not go here. Very good location. Animation is both children's and adult. Near the embankment. Lots of cafes and restaurants. There is a playground on the territory, but not modern, old from pipes, the children were happy with it. The pool is very large, heated with sea water, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Pool seats too. I can’t say anything about the treatment, since we took vouchers without treatment. They lived in the first building. The second one is a little further. Was in January 2021, 6 nights. Perfectly located, nice grounds. Private beach, promenade, heated pool, large. But the water is dirty too small, during our stay they did not clean it. Room with a balcony and sea view, a bit cramped. In the dining room, the meal time is fixed, 3 meals a day, 30 minutes per meal. No choice, the food is not tasty. The reception is on the 2nd floor, no lift, no internet in the room, slow in the lobby. The main advantage is the location.
