I don’t understand why there are so many good reviews? The hotel is terrible, old, dirty, outdated, the staff is unfriendly.
We booked a room with a balcony, but settled into a room without a balcony. The room is on the second floor, the windows are directly opposite the windows of the neighboring building.
The room is dirty and untidy, towels and bed linen are yellowed, bedspreads and pillows are stained, curtains are stained and torn in places. The water in the shower does not drain well, the bathroom door does not close at all. The staff is unfriendly, reluctant to communicate. Breakfast was included.
Breakfast at the Mimosa cafe on the ground floor of the hotel is a separate story. There are three options to choose from: 1. Pancakes, ham or salmon, cheese, vegetables, coffee or tea, porridge of your choice, toast, jam, butter; 2. Cheesecakes, the rest is the same; 3. Scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, the rest is the same.
When ordering, the waiter says that either ham, or cheese, or vegetables, although they are indicated on the menu separated by commas. We ordered 2 identical breakfasts, chose ham, and for two they brought us 5 pieces. It is unclear, for one 2.5 it turns out what? The price tag for such a breakfast is 390 rubles. Preparing breakfast for a long time. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, where for the same money (if not for less) you can eat more tasty and satisfying food.
