The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. From the window there was an amazing view of the sea. We are delighted! The hotel staff is polite and attentive! Summer Hotel in Tuapse has become our favorite hotel!!! 😊❤️❤️❤️
The hotel is bad, were in October. The cafe is closed, far from the city, all the shops nearby are closed. The rooms are cold with insects, there is no cleaning in the room and the carpet is not vacuumed at all in the common corridor, the ashtrays on the street in the smoking areas are not cleaned at all. Soap accessories are issued only on the day of arrival (for one use), then you need to have your own. I did not like anything at all, even the proximity to the sea does not change my bad impressions. The price is high, the quality is not at all!!!
The hotel is normal, although it does not pull on 3 stars, around a cafe with good cuisine, a dining room, close access to the beach and the ability to rent a sun lounger - everything is inexpensive and convenient. The impression is spoiled by the nearby oil base, from which there is a strong gas smell, it was impossible for me personally to sleep at night. The constant rumble from night trains is also not to everyone's liking.
Good hotel blizzard new, everything is clean. The staff is very polite, they showed and told everything. Good hotel for its price. The sea is close. There is a Cafe, but we went to the veranda, as the cafe from the hotel seemed more for pensioners because of the music than for young people. There is a green area on the territory of the hotel for recreation.
