We come to St. Petersburg for the second time and book this hotel again! Excellent value for money / location. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning with change of towels. Bed change every 3 days. White linen. The room has slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoos and even a mosquito fumigator. By the way, there were no mosquitoes. The principle corresponds to the three given stars. The floors are cold, they didn’t provide any slippers, they were blowing out of the windows. But I didn't freeze at night. Breakfast is acceptable, there is a lot to choose from. Overall, more than enough to sleep
Rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Purely. There is a courtyard for car parking. Good value for money.
Very good location, the room is comfortable, but there are no cosmetic accessories, there is a kettle and a refrigerator, but it did not work. PROS: - Short, 10-min walk from the metro, which takes you anywhere in St. Petersburg. - Multiple restaurants nearby, including American fast food chains and local places. - Lovely park connected to the back entrance of the building. - Management speaks English and is very helpful, and building is clean. CONS: - Buffet breakfast is OK, not the best out there and needs more variety.

The hotel is an ART object, all in pictures, figurines. Three-storey building, fully owned by the hotel. 10-15 minutes to the metro, next to the bus stop.
