The principle corresponds to the three given stars. The floors are cold, they didn’t provide any slippers, they were blowing out of the windows. But I didn't freeze at night. Breakfast is acceptable, there is a lot to choose from. Overall, more than enough to sleep

Rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Purely. There is a courtyard for car parking. Good value for money.

PROS:
- Short, 10-min walk from the metro, which takes you anywhere in St. Petersburg.

- Multiple restaurants nearby, including American fast food chains and local places.

- Lovely park connected to the back entrance of the building.

- Management speaks English and is very helpful, and building is clean.

CONS:
- Buffet breakfast is OK, not the best out there and needs more variety.

The hotel is not elegant, but tolerable. From the street it is very difficult to understand that this is a hotel. The staff is normal. The rooms are rustic. The price tag is acceptable. Quiet.

Very good location, the room is comfortable, but there are no cosmetic accessories, there is a kettle and a refrigerator, but it did not work. Breakfast is a buffet, but apparently it is not designed for all guests, they came half an hour before the end, the omelet was over. The staff is polite, helpful, answered all questions.

I think it's a great hotel for travelers! Ideal cleanliness in the room, seemingly new kettle and flat-screen TV with an uninterrupted working remote control and terrestrial channels. There is a floor fan. Shower cabin without streaks, with good plumbing. High ceilings, the house is "historical")) In the courtyard, where outsiders do not walk - a car park (this is important to me), however, in the limit, there are eight cars. I don't really need Wi-Fi and breakfast right in my room (!), But there is this too. But for a personal refrigerator - special thanks! In which case, there is where to cool strong drinks))
Question price? 2700 for the "single" ...
