There are 2 hotels, one 3 *, the second 4 *. 4 * much better :) in general the hotel is ok, the location is excellent, there is wi-fi, there is a restaurant for breakfast, around the places where to eat is also full, the center. Nice hotel.

Very nice hotel! Everything you need in the room is available. Rooms are cleaned every day. The receptionists are helpful and polite. Would I recommend this hotel for lodging in St. Petersburg? Definitely - Yes.

We went in a group with children. Everything was fine, but the maid Natalya scattered my and children's belongings in the rooms. She didn't always take out the trash.
The children rented out the rooms perfectly, I personally received Natalya told everyone that the rooms were in a terrible state. I think the hotel should take action on the maid

Stopped for one night on 18 and 19 September 2019 Stuffy rooms and not particularly tasty Breakfast is not a problem, still 3 stars. But at 6:40 am the fire alarm went off and repeated the signal that it is necessary to leave the building. I dressed as I could, grabbed my things and ran down the stairs. The exit door out of the ban. A few more doors, all inhibitions. Go to the guards do not notice you until he asks what's going on. In the end it was a false alarm, but it's a nightmare! Very strange hotel, the staff is somewhat helpful, but not anticipates your expectations. Does just what it should be in the framework of the instructions. Used to come in October, there were interesting such a soulful cook. Told the visitors that everything he prepares naturally, was really good. Consists of porridge (oatmeal and buckwheat), omelets, slicing sausages and cheese, eggs and pastries, pancakes, puffs. Now, all the same, but without a soul. And not tasty. The room is clean and comfortable But the bathroom unbearable stench! Don't know if this is everywhere or just us "lucky", but a fact. Try to leave the shrimp in the sun for three days in a sealed container, and after three days, open the dishes and you'll know the stink in the shower.
