A wonderful inexpensive, compact and cozy hotel located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an unremarkable building.
10 minutes to all major attractions and metro.
Across the road there is a cafe, a shop, a canteen, a club, ramenaya and everything you need.
The room is cleaned every day. A hair dryer, glasses, a kettle, etc. can be taken from the administration, there you can also buy slippers, toothbrushes, drinks.

Great cozy hotel located in the center. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is a separate room (which is very convenient), there is where to have breakfast and a laundry nearby. The attendants are attentive and most importantly, smiling😊 snow-white underwear, which also pleased

Cozy hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, the furniture is all necessary. There is a shared kitchenette, microwave, kettle, cooler. Hairdryer can be borrowed from reception. The staff is polite, you can leave things before and after check-in. There are no slippers, but they provide shower gel and shampoo. The hotel is located on the territory of the market, but this does not create any inconvenience. All sights are within walking distance, there is a metro nearby, many cafes and bakeries for every taste. Of the minuses - poor soundproofing.

The hotel is really located in a place that does not inspire confidence, but if you have a loose tongue, then you can cheaply grab a little thing in the market nearby. The rooms were spacious enough, well appointed and comfortable. At the entrance there is a small bar and in the morning, when you are too lazy to go to the store, you can buy some water. Not far from the hotel you can walk both during the day and in the evening. There is a pretty good eatery nearby. It was not convenient to hand over the key to the room when you leave, but these are trifles. For the price, my company and I liked it.

The taxi driver drove through the back streets, the first impression at the entrance is Darkness, are there really such slums in St. Petersburg?
The hotel is located among ancient 2-3-storey ruins for demolition, some of them are covered with a building net, the roads are broken into rubbish. A spontaneous clothing market - shoes, hats, jackets, coats - will be spread right around the hotel building.
Going inside, we calmed down a bit, really clean, really nice unbroken beds.
They blatantly lie about noise insulation, you can hear everything the neighbors are talking about, all the rustles and steps. There is also no view from the window of the ruins of ancient buildings.
In general, inexpensive and conveniently located in the center, around the house (300 m) and you are on Sadovaya Street - shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants a little further into the center.

Overall we had a great 3 days. Nearby is the delicious Chinese cafe Chufalnya and Canteen across the street on Sadovaya. To the excursion kiosks and places of boarding the buses 10-15 minutes on foot.
