- Service is worst nothing can be provided in 1 call even for basic blanket i have to call more then 5 times and then they bring blanket and cover it separate i had to cover it by my self ac was not working i asked they said they will provide fan n later they said sorry we dont have that either please adjust

A small hotel practically in the center of St. Petersburg. Nevsky Prospekt is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very clean, everything is neat. The staff is polite and, I would say, well-trained. The hotel's interior design is unusual and eye-catching. The room has a TV, refrigerator, safe, and all the necessary amenities. Perhaps a kettle would have been missing, but there's also "Bushe" and other small cafes and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy tea or coffee until late. The price-quality ratio was absolutely perfect. I'll likely return to this hotel next time I visit St. Petersburg.

We stayed at the AKYAN Hotel for one night. The staff was friendly, the rooms were cozy, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Our trip to St. Petersburg was a positive experience thanks to our hotel alone. We'd like to point out the excellent soundproofing! Friends, you made the right choice by staying at AKYAN! I give it 5 stars, without a doubt!

I'm very happy with my choice! A small, cozy room with a spacious shower and a fully stocked bar (several types of juice, still water, several types of beer, Pepsi, Cola, chocolate bars, and nuts). There was complimentary water in the room, which was also very nice. The shower was spotlessly clean, with heated floors, plenty of towels, slippers, and more. Dental, cosmetic, and shaving kits are available at reception. The staff is very polite and friendly. There's an elevator, and you can order lunch or dinner to your room. Breakfast includes champagne at the entrance, and a buffet inside (omelette, broccoli, pancakes, sausages, casserole, muesli, pastries, fruit, etc.). A good breakfast is essential for me in a hotel. The hotel, the room, and the breakfast were all excellent. I now have a favorite place in St. Petersburg. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Pros: The hotel has a great location – it's right in the center, and across the street from Bushe, they have delicious breakfasts. The hotel has recently been renovated, and the rooms are clean and cozy. Overall, my stay was positive; I would stay here again. Two bottles of water were brought to the room daily, and there's Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hairdryer, slippers, and a robe – everything you need. Cons: The bathroom drain was clogged, causing regular mini-floods. The soundproofing in the rooms is good – we woke up at night to music in the next room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the city. Excellent, comfortable rooms, very clean, delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff, everything is wonderful. I really like it. I highly recommend it.

Very cool hotel. I forgot my car keys. They called and returned them. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean. Everything is good. Quite affordable. Thank you for the stay. I recommend it.
