Does not have any luxury, but the bedroom is very clean and fresh. Nice and quiet place to stay. The breakfast is good and the staff in the reception are wonderful, very helpful and nice. Love it here ❤

We spent a long time choosing and looking for a place to stay in St. Petersburg and after reviewing dozens of options we found "The Brothers Karamazov" Excellent hotel! Very good location: you can get to everything on foot in about 20 minutes, there are several metro stations nearby, which is also quite convenient. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street. Very polite and friendly staff. Always clean rooms, regular changes of linen and towels. Quite a good breakfast: it is varied and you can get full for a long time) In the "Katyusha" room there was a kettle, mugs, spoons, air conditioning. Bathrobes, slippers, a set of soap accessories for the shower. In general, we are very pleased with the time we spent in this hotel and have never regretted our choice 🤗

The girls on reception "stunning" - was asked to order a taxi, said to themselves, download the application and order, so rude, unfriendly, clearly do not like their work. We arrived early, we of course could not settle, and the guy who came after us were accommodated. To my surprise they answered that he had less time we have two days and nothing, I was with 3 minor children. Service not equivalent to 4 stars!
