+ the location was perfect inside the railway station and there are so many services around you such as restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and much more, the staff are very kind people, the rooms was clean and perfect- Everything was so nice

- It’s the railway station hotel so everytime need to enter through railway security checkpoints ,1st floor very noisy ,almost lights are not working and ironing stand damaged,for toilet floor cleaning the cleaning staffs using the same towels given to customers 😟,even though they wash it but still it’s not a good thing .there is extra charge after the check out time even if it’s one hour late I paid 810rub/hr

- The room wasn’t clean enough, we had to change to a second room. The room was cold which is not normal in Russia. you need to ask for an extra heater and it seems like a common thing to be asked from the customers

We had a perfect stay during our 4 days in St. Petersburg! The hotel is perfectly located for those arriving/departing St. Petersburg by train from the Moscow Station. The rooms are very modern and clean. If you get a room on the west side of the hallway, you get to listen to the railway announcements all day. This may be irritating to some, but we enjoyed it! The only negative is that they don't offer breakfast, but there are numerous options located in the train station.
