- We bought two rooms but one of the room’s bathroom door was open and cannot be closed because of a cloth closet was installed problematic blocking the door close. The other room was fine. And both rooms’ have limited closet space to set up your clothes.

+ Wi-Fi was working properly. They provided luggage storage for early checkin and also handed over the available room early. + The location is very nice!! Walking to the scenic spots just need 10 mins. And there are many markets nearby. Nice and clean. Soundproofing was not good but it didn’t affect sleep.13.05.2023ZenHotels

+ The hotel is located in the city center, it takes 10 minutes on foot to get anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a perfect choice for a short vacation plan. I would definitely choose it for my next visit to Petersburg. Everything was excellent. It was clean and tidy. They were quite helpful to find tours in the city.01.03.2023
The staff are excellent and the rooms are spotlessly clean. It feels like a home away from home. I loved my stay at this hotel. The kitchen is absolutely clean and has wonderful facilities. What makes this hotel fantastic is the staff, the location and the price. I felt sad to leave. I shall be back.

Nice hotel, rooms and beds are comfortable. There are kitchens on every floor where you can prepare your own food, large fridges as well. Personal is friendly, location quite central, would recommend.

Pleasant, helpful service. Cozy lodging for a couple or one person. Good wifi. Reasonably priced for the area. Spent three days there and I could not find anything that was negative to say about it. My girlfriend and I really appreciated the place because it was a manageable distance from a large portion of the usual landmarks and places that most people wish to see in the city. There is a convenience store and plenty of cafes nearby which make it a friendly place to set up base. Ehen I visit Saint Petersburg again I will check this place out again as it felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you Art Avenue, it was a real pleasure.

Great location, surrounded by many good cafes and restaurants. Within walking distance of the main attractions. Rooms are clean but can be a bit noisy

Con's - needs sound insulation. The hotel shares a court yard with an apartment block meaning you hear a lot of chatter and kids screaming. This hotel reminds me of a very fancy hostel vibe. The walls of the hotel is thin too so I can hear my neighbours. The staff barely speaks English. NOTE there is no lift and if you have big heavy bags...good luck and don't expect the hotel staff will assist with your bags. The hotel is also not close to the metro. The hotel bedroom windows show towards the balconies of the apartment building which is poorly kept so you have no privacy getting dressed or even getting it on. Rooms are very very small. My mother and I had to share a room which was meant for 1 person. Bed configuration is two twin beds pushed together. The vumminal kitchen stove top.. only two burners working and since it is induction the buttons barely work so you really have to fight setting your burners.
Pro's - the hotel is conveniently located close by major tourist sites. There is a communal kitchen where you are able to cook or do some laundry. It is also clean and dust free. Housekeeping cleans rooms daily. Rooms have TV. WiFi and a really good hairdryer.
