+ It is one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever lived in, the sheet, quilt and pillows always have a pleasant scent. Once I accidentally came across the cleaning process, and I see they change them every time they clean the room! That’s wonderful. The room was much bigger than I thought, genuinely very big, enough to lay my two big suitcases on the floor and still have plenty room to walk around. The staff was kind and understanding.- -

+ Location is excellent. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean but small. We liked the place. Metro is close by , good restaurants and supermarkets close by. All in all, we liked the place. Breakfast options are limited. Same menu(not buffet). But the friendly staff makes it up for this shortcoming They would do their best to provide as good service as possible. The chef is good, we liked their syrniki among other dishes. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Rooms are a bit smaller. I had booked a family suite, in the pictures rooms seemed large but when we checked in, we found the rooms to be small. When I highlighted this to the staff, they offered me a complimentary suite, the one in front. But we declined the offer politely as I don't want then to insur losses because of us(as we stayed close to 7 nights). We liked the place, location and staffs attitude Rooms service is good Excellent service- Just the rooms are a bit small. Rest everything is good.

The hotel has just opened, so everything is brand new! Very quiet and clean. I was pleased with the capsule coffee machine right in the room from Julius Mainl. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. Keep it up!
