Bristol Hotel in St. Petersburg

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is hospitable. However, the Location is slightly far from the centre of the city. Good overall.

Very cozy hotel. The kitchen is great. The only minus is the mattresses on the beds - chustvuetsa springs

+ Clean, cleaned, put things in order, comfortable room
+ very friendly and helpful staff
+ there is a refrigerator (Minibar it, but its a little to fit), safety Deposit box, kettle with mugs
+ have a bath
+ nearby the railway station, within half an hour drive to Pushkin (trains often pass by this station, but you can find which will stop)
+ next (on the way to the subway) there is a large AUCHAN. In the metro, a shopping center with a cinema
+ plenty of places nearby where you can eat (there is a restaurant inside the hotel, there are cafes nearby and there is a great inexpensive restaurant with homemade food and huge portions)

- Obscure shower mixer, water, or cool, or boiling water, it is very difficult to set up (and the pressure is not the strongest, but satisfactory)
- No remotes in the summer from air conditioning. In the room are quite hot, I could not find so much heats. You have to open the window to ventilate the room
- Not the most pleasant area, it's almost considered the "outskirts", there are abandoned houses and industrial area, from the window of depressive
Bags for shampoo and gel is very difficult to open with hands)
- may not like noise from railway ask for room with Windows to the courtyard/Restandol

Great hotel, comfortable clean rooms, varied Breakfast, polite and unobtrusive staff. Everyone is very happy!?the hotel has a very cosy restaurant.

This hotel is very classy , the food is very good , you can call in another room , cleaned well, was there well loved??

This is a good hotel but has its pros & cons. I had booked Bristol hotel for 3 nights from 27 - 30 Oct, 2019. The good part was that the hotel was very well maintained, room was clean, decent and spacious enough for 3 adults, hotel offers pay on arrival option if booked directly through the hotel's website, the price was maybe a bit on a higher side, but maybe it could have been due to my last minute booking. Breakfast was also decent but not much option for vegetarians. But i do miss the hot chocolate :)
The hotel even arranged to pick us up from St. Petersburg Railway station (at an extra cost). It was a good thing the driver was waiting right outside our coach to pick us up.

Although after reaching hotel nearly around 11 am the hotel made us wait till 2 pm for our room, which is a standard check in time and I have no problem with that but even though we were ready to pay early check in charges the hotel informed us that there were no rooms available for early check in. Also the hotel is located a bit far from Nevsky Prospect and there are no Indian Restaurants near by.

But overall i didn't mind any of it. It was a good find for me.

I'm from Moscow we arrived in St. Petersburg on tour. Together with my girlfriend came into the room ,screamed with joy . But unfortunately my card was forgotten in the room ,we asked to us the cleaning lady opened the door,then the card lost,we made a new one. I really liked the waitress Marina is very nice and clever good girl . the reception class I really liked at this hotel. Next time will definitely stay in this hotel to anyone who wants to go to St. Petersburg I advise you to check in to this hotel!
