- Didn’t think the staff is helpful. Have paid 500p. for the registration on 22/2. But saw they submitted the application on 24/2, which is super late, as I check out and going to Moscow on 25/2. They said they would email me once the registration is issued. Let’s see. Most of them don’t know English, only 1 or 2 staff would like to use translation app to communicate with you.

- My friends and I (5 pax) went there about noon but could not check-in must wait untill 14.00 hrs. even I told the staff(cold man) to registered the informations first and we would went out, we didn't want to get in room at that time. he didn't do it we have to wait until 2p.m. then he registered the rooms.Many customers had to wait untill 2P.M. I wondered that early che ck-in mean?

- Worst hotel of my life , it was loud , there was no Wi-Fi. Even the police doesn’t come. The service in the hotel Is the worst as well. Asked for extra towels on day 2- they didn’t give any because weren’t allowed too. Our room was under a bar- it was loud all 4 nights , I even had to call the police. No one from the hotel was in the reception desk to even help me.

- The decoration was poor. The reception staff was very poor in English. They were slow and didn’t know the procedures very well. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly in the room. We reported but they didn’t solve the issue.

- I booked the place as it said we can check in from 8am. After a 15 hour journey i did not want to book another hotel to check in at 2pm or 3pm. But when I went here they asked me to stay till 2pm. We had to wait in the hall area for hours. When we got the room, the floor was dusty.

- Some young people hangout at night outside on the street. They make a little noise but if you close the windows it's ok.

+ Staff is young, friendly, can speak English to foreigners. The room has nice windows and high ceiling that so different from other Russian hostel. Downstairs there is a food store is quite cheap and nice place.- Some young people hangout at night outside on the street. They make a little noise but if you close the windows it's ok.

Stayed for 2 nights. The service is just wonderful, everybody is very nice ! The rooms are spacious, WiFi works great, everything was really clean !
