- Very disappointing experience. The hotel staff kept referring to policies instead of providing proper customer service. Despite paying for specific rooms, they failed to provide the accommodations that were booked. The overall service was poor, and the management showed little interest in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

- The internet signal was weaker than expected, and there was no connectivity inside the room on the third floor. Hopefully, this issue will be rectified in the near future.

- The smell in the bathroom. It was clean, but smells. (I would stay there again though)
- Be prepare of a lot of noise, from the busy street or from the fan in the room. Breakfast could be better
- The bed was awful and pillows and blanket smelled old and much used. That was disgusting. Bed sheets seemed clean, but it didn't help much. There were 2 young girls working at the reception when I arrived. Assumingly because they had to speak English, they were acting like teenagers and giggling while checking me in. I didn't find it professional or approppriate behaviour, and I wasn't a amused at all.
