- Bed are worst. It’s like complete dent in middle definitely 10yrs + used and not fit to sleep Walls are thin, you can always hear what’s happening outside No elevator (it’s mentioned in there info but I missed to see) I stayed for 4 days after 2 day basic amenities was not refilled like shampoo and shower gel

- There was no lift, my wife and I had to carry our luggage to the 5th floor. When asked at the reception if someone can help us, the guy simply said, "unfortunately, we do not have this service". The breakfast? if you can even call it that. There is a nearby cafe that offers breakfast on behalf of the hotel and I anyway had to pay extra for my cottage cheese pie. We had to leave because we didn't like breakfast.

lovely hotel... Nice location in Saint Petersburg... It near everything you want in this city ... Staff is Politely and helpful for visitor ... this hotel is great
