I was in Lipetsk for the first time and stayed at the BIS hotel. I had a pleasant experience. The reception was cozy and clean. The rooms were cleaned to 5 stars. The breakfasts were delicious.

New clean rooms. Excellent mattresses, crisp bed linen. Large set of towels, robes, slippers, hygiene kits. Adjustable radiators, air conditioning. Large parking lot.

Very good! Well maintained, clean, decent breakfast. In the room there is a robe, slippers, water, tea/coffee, refrigerator, safe. All the pleasant and necessary little things are also taken into account. Of the pluses - a gym.

Compared to other hotels in the city, it is in the TOP 5, as for me. Average price, fresh, clean and cozy rooms. Good breakfasts, you can eat inexpensively and tasty in the cafe on the 1st floor. Of the minuses - not the city center

Excellent hotel! As a regular customer I can confidently say that the service, rooms, restaurant - everything is at a decent level. The only downside: the rooms have poor Wi-Fi internet. The connection is often interrupted, the signal is weak. I really hope that this problem will be solved in the near future!

Very good! The rooms are clean, everything is new, the service in the cafe-restaurant is fast, there is parking. The only minus is that it is far from the center. But this applies to the hotel itself.
