Spacious rooms!!!!! Hotel in the center of Lipetsk. The rooms have everything you need, from a toothbrush to a bathrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities. 2 bottles of water. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast spoiled everything a little, I took it for money. The usual fried 2 eggs, which were slightly burnt, 2 toasts, 2 fried pieces of sausage. I waited 25 minutes until they brought it, taking into account that there were only 2 people in the cafe. I'm afraid to imagine if there were 20 ... but these are all small nuances. The hotel itself deserves 5, but the cafe ... well, after half an hour I had breakfast. The location of the hotel 👍!!!!

A small hotel, like a family, rooms with nice furniture, spacious. Two years ago there was a very good hotel for the money. Now worn out, carpets poured, traces of sealant in the bathroom, etc. It's time to repair. Service is good. Breakfast is good, but breakfast started at 8 in the morning, it's late in the day.
