The base is located on the banks of the Matyr reservoir. There is a nice beach with a shallow coastline, good for families with small children. The houses are quite far from each other, which is convenient for residents

There is a banquet hall, a bathhouse. One kvass is already worth coming. And, of course, nature, a mixed forest dominated by pine trees, clean air

In general, everything is fine, especially if you are relaxing with an adult company. Were there more than once. But for all the time we could improve the playground.

The meat was fried tasty and for the arrival of the guests. In the morning we got together for breakfast and found that everything in the fridge froze like in a freezer: sausage, cheese, and vegetables

The place is good, the beach is not crowded, clean. The food is poor. Come to fry the meat for a couple of days.

And to warm up food in the kitchen, you have to wait until 11-00. That is, before the opening of the kitchen

If you need a sauna itself and a kitchen with a large table, then in general it’s not bad. But my friends and I were passing through Lipetsk and decided to rent a house with a sauna in which we could spend the night

I think that this house is clearly not worth the money that was paid for. And yes, the rooms and furniture in the photo look much more decent than in real life

So, when it comes to bedrooms, it’s hard to imagine a worse option. Beds with terribly thin and uncomfortable mattresses, as if they were sleeping on the floor. The bed linen was even worse; I was scared to go to bed

What was surprising was not even the fact that the pillowcases, sheets and duvet covers were from different sets, but the condition they were in. There is a hood in the wall through which the street is illuminated

The massage chair only works on the back (for a fee), the air hockey table is barely standing, they didn’t even start playing, they were afraid that it would fall apart and they would force you to pay

We were frozen because there were no blankets. We were assured that it would be hot. We rested there for the May holidays
