Celebrated the last call on May 27, 2023. Thanks for the great service, delicious food, interesting program. The evening was amazing and left unforgettable memories. I want to thank you for the wonderful attitude and attention from the staff. I would especially like to single out Dmitry Skopintsev and administrator Zolotareva Natalia, very attentive and helpful employees, thank you very much.
The place is very nice, but you can’t eat, only on holidays. It's a pity of course, but you can take a walk, rent a gazebo and ride horses)))
Not bad. I did not like the toilet, although there is a toilet bowl, but there is a smell. The downside is that there is no water in the pavilion. I had to carry a bucket and wash vegetables in a bucket. Nature is beautiful, swans in the pond, clean.

In general, everything is fine, especially if you are relaxing with an adult company. Were there more than once. But for all the time we could improve the playground.
The place is good, the beach is not crowded, clean. The food is poor. Come to fry the meat for a couple of days.

I liked the rest at the base. The meat was fried tasty and for the arrival of the guests. But there were some nuances. In the morning we got together for breakfast and found that everything in the fridge froze like in a freezer: sausage, cheese, and vegetables. And to warm up food in the kitchen, you have to wait until 11-00. That is, before the opening of the kitchen. Or eat everything cold.
The base is located on the banks of the Matyr reservoir. There is a nice beach with a shallow coastline, good for families with small children. The houses are quite far from each other, which is convenient for residents. There is a banquet hall, a bathhouse. Great cuisine. Chic barbecue. One kvass is already worth coming. And, of course, nature, a mixed forest dominated by pine trees, clean air.

2 big minuses is the beach, or rather its absence and the administrator at the reception. At night, the administrator has no doors open, whoever wants to come in. And if there is a fire? This is a huge joint. On the plus side, the dining room is very tasty and satisfying. Another plus for playgrounds and a mini zoo. Very good service in the tavern, nice waiters and delicious food. In general, the atmosphere...
Very nice place. Whoever visiting Lipetsk should have seen this very nice place. And do not miss to have food in the cafe 🤗
