Everything starts with the reception. Polite girls. They settle you quickly, despite the influx of settlers at one time. Breakfast, buffet. A large variety of products. Very nice hotel and gourmet restaurant in high. Dedicated attention in all details make the stay a very pleasent experience.
The views are beautiful, but it's nothing if the kitchen does not delight with gourmet dishes. It has everything: views, delicious home cooking, friendly unobtrusive service. I recommend!
Everything is fine, except for some points: the room looks a bit shabby. TV didn't work. The lighting is dim. + Excellent cuisine.

I was in Lipetsk for the first time and stayed at the BIS hotel. I had a pleasant experience. The reception was cozy and clean. The rooms were cleaned to 5 stars. The breakfasts were delicious.

For those who work hard and need to sleep. Personnel is gentle, breakfast tasty, smorgasbord. Mini-bar is meager, two cheap beer tone day and none another - wh out of stock... Cafe work time from 7 till 23, but closed at five and if you need it after five you must warn personnel.

A small hotel, like a family, rooms with nice furniture, spacious. Two years ago there was a very good hotel for the money. Best hotel in Lipetsk. Kids love it.
I liked it very much. The room is excellent and the dinner is good. Wonderful paintings in the lobby. True, when we were driving, we thought from the road to have dinner with borscht, aspic, mushrooms, herring and horseradish. But unfortunately, the regional menu in the restaurant is not the main one and is very limited.
Price Quality Location. Best hotel in town with hammam and gym. Cuisine for an amateur, more bias towards Italian. The rooms, the beds, the bathrooms, the elevators, the halls - everything is a masterpiece. We stayed every time we visited this beautiful city, we will stay at this hotel next time. Special thanks to the girls at the reception.
