Frequency of Airport Shuttle service pickup from Airport is not punctual in comparison to other Hotels. Shuttle often gets delayed and more people accumalate to board the bus rahter than the available seating capacity. They should send buses more frequently atleast in the Winters.

Service is excellent, free shuttle from airport was great, it stops at Terminal C every 15 and 45 min ( for example at 3:15 and next at 3:45…and then again 4:15, and 4:45…) Breakfast was amazing definitely worth the money, room is everything we hoped for. Right at the airport, where I neede to be for overnight stay before the early departure. Everything was great, the only problem I had was a card-key, a couple of times could not to unlock the door from first attempt. Very polite and welcoming staff.

Excellent hotel! So far the only negative is the rather old furniture in the room. But the impeccably polite staff, delicious food, huge territory fully compensate for this. On the territory of a mini-zoo, where there are rabbits, roes, donkeys and kids with lambs. Lovely large swimming pool, though the slide is only for children, adults are not allowed to ride.

Wonderful boarding house. Very nice place. The boarding house is surrounded by greenery, a magnificent walkway, a pond with footbridges and a gazebo, a boat station, many sports fields and picnic areas. Rooms from modest to luxury. Food buffet But don't think that there is a large selection of pickles :) modest but tasty. There is a nice pool. Sauna complex in which delicious tea is brewed.

The place is beautiful, but far from the center of Moscow. This is the closest thing to the airport.

It is located in a strange area as they're car dealer ships that block the hotel and almost restrict traffic to this location..the roads rough and narrow. Terrible hotel, initially they put me in a very shady and ugly room which smelled like cigarettes. If I hadn’t complained I’d have stayed in such an awful room. They don’t treat their guests well. The irony is that upon check in you sign a document that you have to pay a fine if you smoke in the room, but some of their rooms smell awful. 1. not a working air conditioner 2. we were changing 7 rooms before we found a room with a working conditioner. it took approx 1.5 hours. 3. The wellness center is not working but it was included in our booking. The hotel refused to compensate for it. 4. Old hotel with ugly smell in rooms. 5. Not clean. 7. Doors, windows etc were broken. The hotel maybe was 4 star. 20-30 years ago. Now it’s a complete wreck. For ex. all bath equipment was broken, I mean it was leaching, 1 of elevators is broken and looks like for a while, everything is old and nasty, there are old beds in the corridors, the beds are old and you don’t want to see what is under the sheet and etc. Never seen this kind of 4 star.

All in all a good place. Lived on weekends in building 6, the room is clean, renovated. The water in the tap was periodically with rust and sediment. I do not recommend drinking from the tap.
