Friendly staff. Nice rooms, but very, in my opinion, hot and stuffy, because the air conditioning equipment is turned off for the autumn-winter period, and there is no possibility to open the windows. The opening of the narrow window is artificially limited. As a result, we have a poorly ventilated hot (in my subjective opinion) room. I also experienced inconvenience in using WiFi and felt an acute lack of variety in cable television (there is no video library at all). Despite the indicated shortcomings, I will gladly use the services of this hotel in the future, although the price is higher than the "weighted average". Free parking and a convenient location for me are also attractive.

Great hotel with a good view. The price is also very reasonable. Own free parking. Near the shopping center. Close to everything, no traffic jams. There are 3 restaurants downstairs and craft beer.

OOO Milan is a separate issue, clean, warm, cozy, they don’t allow smoking in the rooms, they fine you 10,000 rubles. Cool when on the 21st floor, the view is excellent on Kashirskoye Highway. I advise everyone. Well, I won’t say that it’s cheap, but it’s not particularly expensive either.

Everything is good, a good place near many shopping centers, there is where to walk. When you check in, you need to specify the cost if you suddenly decide to extend your stay, it may change. Outside the window, as I understand it, is a covid hospital.

Excellent location, right on the Kashirskoye Highway, convenient taxi access to the hotel parking lot, 20 minutes of free parking for unloading things, entrance through the frame. The wedding limousine also pulls in from Shipilovskaya Street. A wedding banquet on the 2nd floor takes place in a small cozy room. Appetizers and salads are so average, but I liked the cake. What is convenient is that relatives who arrived from different regions of the country and from abroad are accommodated in this hotel with comfort and this is not the first time they stay here.

Hello, our names are Alena and Ivan, our wedding was on July 16, 2020. From July 15 to July 17, my husband and I lived in a room (Milan Suite) on the 19th floor. Chic, clean, beautiful room, 2 rooms, 2 toilets, shower, 2 TVs, large corner bath, super interior, secure parking. Very polite staff. Breakfast, which has everything you could wish for, is brought to your room. We had the "Magic Night" package for the wedding. Very tasty sweets, cakes, fruits and champagne were brought to the room while we were at the registry office. On the 1st and 2nd floors there are awesome places for wedding photography. There is a gym. The hotel itself has a beauty salon Olme beauty. I got my hair and make-up done there, real professionals work there! I am extremely glad that I got to them. Even though I have been living in the South-West of Moscow since birth, I will specially go to this beauty salon. My husband and I are very grateful to the management of the Hotel Milan and all the staff for truly the happiest day and night of our lives and will definitely come again.

We rented a room for a photo shoot in the morning of the bride and fees before the wedding. All liked it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and always ready to help with anything. The hotel itself is nice and great for a photo session both in the hotel room (wedding suite) and in the interiors of the hotel (beautiful chandeliers, sofas, stairs, piano, transparent ceiling through which daylight falls). Very convenient on-site parking 20 steps from the hotel entrance. The location is excellent: walking distance from the Domodedovskaya metro station, near the Tsaritsyno park, the Kashirskaya Plaza shopping center. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the portions are good) The laundry is super! They took them immediately after calling them and ironed the suit of the groom and my evening dress for 40 minutes and brought everything back. We'll be back for our anniversary for sure. Things have quite improved from myI visit 06 years ago. Rooms are well lit, comfortable air-conditioning, well maintained and clean bathroom. Reception staff is very helpful but they missed my wake up call and when inquired they told me it was strange! Question remains as to who is responsible for a wake up call. Auchan supermarket is just across the road will fast food outlets as KFC, McDonald's, and many other shops. About 20 minutes drive from the airport.
