The lady at the front desk can communicate in English, but she doesn't have slippers, so she has to stand on the steps to take a shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Mainly because it's very close to the airport. Yandex Go is just a taxi ride away, which is very convenient.

The shuttle driver was a bit rude, and the front desk guy didn't send the certification document he promised to send to my email, but fortunately I didn't need it later. The hotel room was pretty good, but the bedding was a bit old.

The check in process was too slow. I was tired and sleepy and I got to see chinese group was getting loud at check in counter. Then when my turn to check in, i was told to go to the other building, Alfa. When I was there, the girl doing the checking in taking too long…and on the phone a lot. I cant even stand and need to sit down because too much standing and waiting. At last i got my room at 9pm!...

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by car. There's an airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (van). From the airport, you take the escalator and cross to the opposite side of the road to wait for the shuttle. It's a self-service system; you carry your own luggage. For the return trip, you don't need to book in advance; just wait for the shuttle to depart on time. The rooms are standard...

Novotel is the best as always. Breakfast is a bit simpler, but still decent. Comfortable bed and bathroom.

Located near the airport, it is very convenient and has a rich breakfast.

It was a very pleasant stay, there was a shuttle bus to the hotel and airport, that made the trip very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was ok. Next time will come and stay definitely.

Good ,good service and traffic transport

Frequency of Airport Shuttle service pickup from Airport is not punctual in comparison to other Hotels. Shuttle often gets delayed and more people accumalate to board the bus rahter than the available seating capacity. They should send buses more frequently atleast in the Winters.

Service is excellent, free shuttle from airport was great, it stops at Terminal C every 15 and 45 min ( for example at 3:15 and next at 3:45…and then again 4:15, and 4:45…) Breakfast was amazing definitely worth the money, room is everything we hoped for. Really enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back.

Interesting interiors, cute houses, delicious food and desserts!! There is a gym and a swimming pool with a sauna, for a fee you can go to spa treatments: we were on a Thai massage, but it was a C grade - instead of the prescribed hour it lasted 50 minutes and somehow they were free, at least in Moscow the level of massage is noticeable better. We had two nights - quite enough to relax and sleep off...

Wonderful cozy place. Amazing decor and very helpful staff. Came here to celebrate my birthday. There are nice bonuses for birthday people here) I didn’t even have time for SPA procedures, because I wanted to explore the whole territory and feel the special atmosphere prevailing here.
