The position was good

The reception staff lady was so rude and she was not polite at all. She also acted as if she was doing some sort of favour giving me a bed.

So, as the date of departure home was postponed, I had to stay overnight in Moscow! Accidentally stumbled upon st.m. Buman hostel Hotelhot! I want to express my gratitude for the polite attitude of the hostel staff! Clean, comfortable like at home Thank you very much for your welcome! In the future only to you!!!

Stayed at this hostel several times, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The rooms are always tidy, no noise after 23:00, toilets and showers are clean. Great location, 10 minutes to the center :) I recommend!

Cool hostel not far from Baumanskaya metro station, service is normal, warm, common areas are always in order. Compared to other hostels in this price range, this one is great! One minus, as elsewhere, people of different nationalities sometimes behave inappropriately.

Was in this hostel for exactly a week. Purity! Room for two. You can live alone. The price per day is just fine. Located near Ostankino. If anyone is interested. I changed another hostel for this one on the very first day of arrival in Moscow. And I never regretted it. The room has a sink, refrigerator, beds, wardrobe, table, a couple of chairs and a dryer. Toilet and shower are shared, for men separately...

Great service, good managers. Rooms and common areas are clean. The rooms are spacious and bright. All equipment is correct. There are hair dryers in the women's restrooms. There are washing machines. Always calm, quiet and comfortable. To the subway 3-5 minutes.

I don’t put five points, 4.5 points, in general, a decent hostel for your money. Clean, quiet, one inconvenience for smokers after 23:00 there is no exit to the street. I recommend this hostel. Excellent conditions, clean linen, individually wrapped, kitchen (hobs, cooking utensils, mugs, plates, all in good shape), and the cost is more than reasonable!

I stayed in this hostel for over 3 weeks. I can say that for the first time I met such care and courtesy of the administration. Comfort and service are top notch! I recommend to all!

Thanks for your hospitality, all as I expect but nothing more. Hostels to my opinion have two branches for travelers and workers. This is second one.

It is very clean, which is the most important thing any hostel/hotel should provide. Capsules are comfortable and private. The door for the capsules is head to open from inside.

a little gem in a good location to visit the city centre and red square near to 3 main line railway stations and suburban line and the Metro the place though small is kept immaculately by the very friendly staff Anastasia speaks fluent English and the others are very helpful the hotel provides an excellent kitchen because it is self catering and extremely reasonable prices well worth a visit

Very close to the Leningradsky train station if you arrive late or leave early/ late. Room is clean. Staff is helpful and he speaks English.

This place is perfect for solo travelers – it's affordable, and the location is great, right by a subway station. I actually came here on a recommendation. The mattress is really comfortable and springy. Just make sure not to disturb other guests during your stay. The only downside is that the washer and dryer are really inconvenient to use, especially if you don't understand Russian and haven't used...

The hotel location is really good, right outside the Rimskaya metro station, 2 stations away from Kremlin. The reception girls are friendly and fluent in English. Clean room/toilet/shower. For some reason, I got confused at first when looking for the hostel, but it's located quite clearly. From the Chistye Prudy metro station, we look for the exit onto Arkhangelsky Lane. We walk along Chistye Prudy Boulevard, turn onto Arkhangelsky Lane, and on the right is a turnoff for Krivokolenny Lane. Don't turn there (I did and got lost). It's only slightly closer to Red Square and nearby supermarkets, but the hygiene is terrible.
