A very old hotel, but we'll maintained. A huge one actually. But the rooms are old. Air conditioning is weak. Not a place to stay during summer. We stayed here for 2 weeks. Location is good and has almost all the tourist spots close by.

This is qualitative and organised time traveler straight to USSR. Cozy atmosphere of great Soviet times and movies. The Hotel is creating feeling of something great and majestic. True *** service. But this is authentic three stars, which is more interesting than any standard worldwide brand with four or five stars.

Amazing place to stay , but there is no coffee shop or halal restaurant you can walk to it

I found this to be quite an old-fashioned hotel. Honestly, whether it was the lobby, the room fixtures, the internet service, or the breakfast, I felt they were all just mediocre. But then again, most hotels in Moscow are pretty much like this, so maybe I shouldn't have expected too much. Overall, I personally don't think it offers good value for money and wouldn't particularly recommend it.

It was good, but the fact that the swimming pool charges extra is simply unacceptable. I'm already on a tight budget in Russia, so even though I brought my swimsuit, I couldn't go for a swim. However, the dinner menu at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious.

The location is good , metro station is in the front of the hotel , there was many restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel. This hotel is located in a god position. 5 metrò stations from Sokoliniki and you will be near Red Square. The bearkfast is very goof, food has good quality and also various. At night, I asked the receptionist to leave my bags for three day and then I will collect them, she said it’s fine no problem but unfortunately at morning when I check out I ask the something ,they didn’t help me . They asked me to check in again after three days if I want to leave my bags (compulsory).

Very convenient location directly across from a mall that has a nice supermarket. Also some nice regional restaurants nearby. The reception was always super helpful and kind. The gym is a real gym with everything you need. The sauna and pool were great. I really enjoyed working out before breakfast.

The MRT is just opposite the building. There is an ATM machine on the 1st floor where you can deposit or withdraw money from Yoomoney card. I spoke with 3 receptionists and all of them can reply me in English and they are helpful. I definitely would recommend others if you want peace of mind

The hotel location is very strategic, very near to the metro station and just few station away from the red square. The hotel facilities are good as well, they have very nice gym and swimming pool. Highly recommended. And the hotel wifi can be easily connected, this is something rare in russia.

The bed was comfortable, but the hallway and room smelled of old carpet. We couldn't get into the pool because we had to book in advance :( and the pool was the main reason we chose this hotel.

I stayed at this classic hotel for a week straight. The surrounding area was convenient, and the hotel breakfast was plentiful, but it was the same every day, so after a while, I started to feel a bit lost about what to eat for breakfast. The gym was very professional.

There was fire alarm at night. For almost 1 hour. With no reason. I couldn't use swimming pool or sauna because the amount of people restricted. But I chose this hotel because of swimming pool on the photo and sauna.

Good hotel, excellent service and central location. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice, even with red caviar. There is an access to sports center with full size swimming pool. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old fashioned and some rooms facing the river can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Great location...five minutes stroll from Metro, innumerable places to eat, Arbat St, etc. Wonderful views from our 13th floor room. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water and powerful shower. Helpful reception, fixed our failure to have "registration" from previous day's hotel in St Petersburg.

Transportation is quite convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive. The overall sanitation is quite clean. The facilities are a bit dated. It's a 25-30 minute walk to Red Square.

More or less central and easily reachable. Near to a lot of sights. There are cafes and supermarkets, a metro nearby. I only tried lobby tea offering, and that was nice - lovely presentation, tasty cakes (a little pricey for their size though). The staff was polite, though at checkout I had to wait, when the other customer was serviced for 7-10 minutes. I wonder why the second staff member wasn't there...

Not far from NDHX and Cosmonaut Space Museum, but very far from airpot. Also across street from new Olympiiski stadium to be completed March, 2025. Food was excellent, service excellent. Would prefer draft beer in the bar but they only had bottles while I was there. Everything very comfortable, great view, excellent service and cleaning staff. Extremely clean! Very courteous and accommodating staff

I loved the guster of the hotel to offer free gifts like ice cream or coffee every day it was nice and made me feel welcomed

Nice reception staff, there was a question about earlier check-in, they helped to solve it successfully. It would also be possible to leave a suitcase in the morning, and check in at the standard time. Comfortable room, comfortable bed. There is a service to choose pillows, which I have never encountered before. And the cherry, so to speak, the breakfast was magnificent.

There was no heating in the room. The AC has no heating function. When I asked the reception about the room being cold they gave me an electric heater... in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. I ordered water to my room they just opened the door and entered the room without waiting for me to open the door. Staff don't have manners. I really liked the hotel. I stayed for a night (on a business trip). The interior is pleasant. The room is clean. The restaurant staff is very attentive and responsive. The girls at check-in are very attentive.

There are a couple of shopping centers and a market nearby. Inside, the hotel has everything you need to suit every taste and budget.

Amazing Location, at a walking distance from the Red Square. The Hotel has very nice, ample,newly refurbished rooms. The elevator lobby is nicely decorated, but there’s only one way to the lobby in the whole floor, and only one way to reach there. When in New Moscow, there aren't many great options around. The breakfast here is excellent, though. The environment is also very good and quiet. It's considered a pretty decent choice within New Moscow.

The bed was broken, low quality bed sheets, long check-in, wifi did not work properly - have to move outside of hotel for calls.

The location and the breakfast

1.Location is good because near metro and restaurant. 2.Service- Receptionists provided good service and process registration form without any charge. She help call taxi to go railway with good service mind.

The Hotel is conveniently located in Moscow City business district, everything is in walking distance. Rooms are very clean, super friendly and helpful personnel. The only thing I didn’t like is the shower, it was not hot, the water was just above the room temperature. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay.
