I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the concierge team was excellent—very cooperative and helpful, especially Anastasia who supported us a lot. The location is beautiful by the river, the facilities were clean, and it’s very convenient with everything nearby or connected to the hotel (supermarket, ATMs, pharmacy, and a small mall). Thank you to...
Amazing place to stay , but there is no coffee shop or halal restaurant you can walk to it
I found this to be quite an old-fashioned hotel. Honestly, whether it was the lobby, the room fixtures, the internet service, or the breakfast, I felt they were all just mediocre. But then again, most hotels in Moscow are pretty much like this, so maybe I shouldn't have expected too much. Overall, I personally don't think it offers good value for money and wouldn't particularly recommend it.
It was good, but the fact that the swimming pool charges extra is simply unacceptable. I'm already on a tight budget in Russia, so even though I brought my swimsuit, I couldn't go for a swim. However, the dinner menu at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious.
Fantastic hotel, all we can do is praise the staff and easyness of checkin. Everything was perfect
The room was a bit small, but quite clean. However, it was overpriced, and the curtains were broken. It definitely didn't live up to its 5-star hotel name. Paying 2000 for one night felt like a total rip-off.

I've stayed here a few times and am quite familiar with the area, so it's very convenient. It's near the Russian Postal Savings Bank, the metro, and restaurants—everything you need is right there. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the heating is quite good. Getting around is convenient, although the facilities are a bit old. The breakfast selection is quite substantial.
Transportation is quite convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive. The overall sanitation is quite clean. The facilities are a bit dated. It's a 25-30 minute walk to Red Square.
Service: The service is very poor. The arrogance of the Russians is fully demonstrated at the front desk.
In the heart of Moscow. Near the metro. Sauna and swimming pool allowed to relax after visiting museums and walking around the city.
Very cost-effective hotel, located in the city center, close to the subway station, especially rich in the morning.
During the stay the pool broke down Also the TV doesn't work at night Otherwise, a wonderful hotel with hospitable staff and a great location

Overall it was a good experience. They overcharged at the lobby bar.
The bed was way too small. The location was convenient though, only a ten-minute walk to the subway. However, there was constant road construction right outside, which really affected getting around by taxi.
Nice hotel with beautiful sights.
The room was clean and tidy, the location is excellent, and the front desk service was good! Definitely recommend!
Great location, and the food selection was excellent.

The hotel is basically good, there are many stewardesses
Breakfast is heaven on earth....friendly service .always smile the russian language seems harsh however the people are superfriendly
ROOMS ARE SMALL, FORMER HOSTEL .... AND THE MOST AWESOME => NO AIR CONDITIONING ... IN THE HEAT => WORSE THAN ON THE STREET .....
An excellent hotel with exceptionally clean rooms equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly. There are halls equipped with modern technology for hosting large events.

Excellent hotel, I really enjoyed it. The breakfast was plentiful and suitable for Chinese tastes; I was very satisfied every day, even better than eating out! I highly recommend this hotel to all Chinese people visiting Moscow, haha 😄
Conveniently located near Chinese restaurants and a metro station, this place is perfect for long business trips. It's very comfortable, and there's a supermarket nearby if you want to buy groceries and cook. There are also a lot of Chinese people in the area. Highly recommended!
This was an absolutely terrible experience in Murmansk! Drunk people were kicking my door for 20 minutes at midnight, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn't even load a web page. When I finally got through to the front desk, they told me to come down to the lobby myself. I told them my life was in danger! By the time the annoyed front desk staff came up, the drunk people had already left. They...
The room was spotless and tidy, a really affordable five-star hotel for Moscow. The facilities are quite new and well-maintained, and the service was very attentive. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
This is a very clean hotel, about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The breakfast spread is varied and generous, even including dumplings and soup noodles. The Chinese restaurant on the ground floor serves excellent food, making it a perfect option if you're not a fan of Western cuisine. In front of the hotel, there's a unique park featuring a statue of Confucius.
This hotel, part of a business exhibition center built by a Chinese company, features a grand, brand-new lobby. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with modern, pristine facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is arguably the most extensive among Moscow hotels and caters particularly well to Chinese palates. Directly opposite the hotel is a beautiful Chinese-style garden...

The best hotel in Moscow. Everything is top notch
Overall I liked everything, good hotel, delicious breakfasts.
This may have been the single best hotel experience of my life. They go above and beyond. I can't even begin to thank you enough. The concierge, Nikita, bent over backwards for us when our plans were threatened by a scammer. The lengths that he went to to save our night and our trip were simply above and beyond. If you are thinking of a trip to Moscow, it would be a huge mistake to stay anywhere else...
Phenomenal staff. Regal rooms. Delicious food. Superb location. My husband and I will stay there again.
Amazing Location, at a walking distance from the Red Square. The Hotel has very nice, ample, newly refurbished rooms. The elevator lobby is nicely decorated, but there’s only one way to the lobby in the whole floor, and only one way to reach there. So you have to walk the whole floor across all rooms to get to the lobby. Breakfast was very delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were so welcoming...

Beautiful hotel in a well served area of the city Great weekend breakfast buffet
Lotte is hands down 2nd best hotel in Moscow after St.Regis, but far more convenient if you need to get to the City often instead of Red Square. Service is top notch, views are amazing
The best hotel in the city center, everything is perfect: the rooms, the comfort, the service. A small drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to Red Square in cold weather.
I rented a room here. It's a fairly comfortable hotel, everything is clean and sterile. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view. The service was top-notch.

Awesome stay, nice city view and good varieties of continental breakfast
Though the hotel shows its age, you can tell it was built to a very high standard back in the day. The staff speak excellent English and offer warm, attentive service. Its central location is a huge plus, offering views of the Moscow River and the CBD from the windows, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The breakfast restaurant has a lovely ambiance, complete with a live harp performance...
This Russian Soviet-era hotel has a very distinct charm. What's more, guests are treated to a live harp performance during breakfast.
The room size was decent. However, the Wi-Fi signal was terrible and constantly disconnected, and my laptop couldn't even connect. If you get a room facing the street, it's incredibly noisy! The hotel is very old, and the facilities are quite dated. The elevators date back to 1997; they must be well-made to still be operational. The Radisson hotel next door is much better, and the price is similar
The hotel is situated right across from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, near the start of Arbat Street. However, it's not super close to the metro station; it's about a 10-minute walk if you're pulling luggage. On the way, you also have to navigate an underpass, which means carrying your bags up and down stairs. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and a mid-sized...
A classic, traditional Russian hotel that was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any questions we had, and their English was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, and the location couldn't be better!

This is an older five-star hotel, but the bedding and breakfast were both excellent. It's also quite close to the train and subway stations. I had seen some reviews saying the breakfast wasn't good, which made me a little hesitant, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The front desk guy was really handsome and had a very gentle voice. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance, haha!
Nice hotel, near MTR station , good service for executive room
The best hotel next to train station, staff can talk in English, early checkin option is the strong point , there is a little bank exchange service inside the hotel , they can do the large denominations for free with no stress which every foreigner can feel in Moscow, but they can solve it well . Chose this hotel for its proximity to the Seven Sisters, and the lobby is absolutely stunning. The hygiene is excellent, with all amenities replaced daily. Luggage storage was convenient, and the staff were very polite. The hotel's location is great, close to both the subway and intercity train stations. The only minor downside is that shops are a bit of a walk away.

It's okay hotel but need walking around to see
The best view in Moscow (make sure to book a river view room)! Former luxuriousness has faded (no turndown service, no plush towels, no exclusive bath cosmetics) but still a very solid 5-star hotel in an unbeatable location for tourists, and excellent value for money. I liked it very much, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was attentive.
At breakfast all the tables were occupied. There were a lot of people. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I asked the staff if they could call me to my room when a free table appeared. 30 minutes passed, no one called, I went up, breakfast was completely over and everything was cleaned up. Excellent service, and all the staff speak English. The location is super convenient for shopping. Red Square, the State Historical Museum, GUM, and the Kremlin are all within walking distance.
Good value for money, convenient travel around, Red Square is nearby, the surrounding area is very convenient, the environment is quiet, you pay for peace and quiet, but the person who checks in is a bit rigid, and you can't check in in advance.

Best 5-star hotels in Moscow are located in the most fashionable tourist areas of the city. Just look out the window to see the sights. High level of service and luxury accommodation await tourists. The guests can use concierge service to book theatre tickets for the best seats, to book a table at a prestigious restaurant. Five-star hotels - not necessarily the most expensive, but definitely comfortable and respectable.

In many hotels of a class "Lux" there are fitness rooms and pools.

Each 5 star hotel has a good restaurant, convenient car parking and Internet. You can use the laundry and dry cleaning services.
