- Outskirts of Moscow. No good restaurants or attractions close by. Mall and Metro 20 minutes walking Distance. If you want to stay at the hotel, this one is good. Next thing noticeable and other users have pointed it rightly, staff isn't friendly. Especially the one in the Ground lobby, they have hired thugs, same people appeared on the 2nd floor restaurant. Seems they have a contract with the hotel to run the restaurant. Not friendly at all. Have been to lots of places across the world, but didnt find this staff attitude anywhere else.

Amazing hotel! I had a birthday and the hotel staff made it as memorable as possible. In honor of the holiday, they gave me a more comfortable room. In the bar on the 13th floor, they reserved the best table, with a beautiful view, and also gave me a discount. Huge, delicious buffet for breakfast (and I am a huge fan of hotel breakfasts). All the staff say hello in the hallway. I can list the pluses for a long time, in general, I am delighted! Huge thanks to the staff and management of the hotel. Your work is an example of incredible quality for everyone!

- Location far from center, avoid spa floor so much smell from hair saloon , Spa is too small and no pool in the hotel, bag boys are careless and never show on time, some young staff are not competent in giving good advise

Once a month for half a year for a week I always come to this hotel. Great staff, good breakfast, lovely rooms and in my case a great location. Tried almost all the hotels in the ZIL area, and Palmyra is the best, comfortable and not expensive! Thank you! Sincerely, Aram Ishkhanyan!
