Great holiday home! The room is certainly not "right after the repair", but everything is very clean, tidy and nice. Great pool with sauna, nice kids room

Advantages: + Convenient location (close to Novorizhskoe highway - 10km); + Picturesque grounds with lakes, old Park, surrounded by forest; + Breakfast buffet (trehchasovye the food included in the price); + Pool, gyms, boathouse, tennis courts, rental; + Cozy room (building 4, comfort), good cell phone coverage (3G); + On-site there are no mosquitoes (near the forest - where they just swarm)

The suites are good and Standards are shovels. The staff is lazy. People in may was very small. Territory and the beautiful nature, entertainment is the type of mug crafts, pool, singing to the accordion.

Disadvantages: - Many infrastructure elements in the territory have not been repaired since the king of peas (asphalt is just terrible, tiny little); - Not all rooms are equipped with modern appliances (a new refrigerator, there is an old TV and Vice versa)

Very nice small park hotel with a beautiful area. You can come for a walk around the territory for free. Or you can visit a restaurant, spa, equestrian club, and spend time more eventful
