- towels in the pool are not given out - you have to take them from your room, and numbered towels (which smell of bleach after the pool) will be changed only if you specifically tell about it at the reception
- there is very little lighting on the territory of the sanatorium, some very popular areas (for example, from the dining room to the building) are simply completely dark

The waiter Ekaterina allowed herself, in a conversation with other guests at the next table, to loudly and emotionally express her negative attitude towards our conference. There are even no comments about such tactlessness.

Everything is abandoned. There is no skating rink, there is no ski track, there are no hiking trails, kaldobins are not cleaned everywhere, at the request they cleaned only one track from the fourth building to the dining room, for the fifth day the towels have not changed, although the maid arrives and removes the garbage.
