Next - check-in. We booked two double rooms, for the same amount - 2900 rubles, and expected certain amenities. They settled us in adjoining rooms 4 and 5. So, they did not hear about the standards here. Room 4 had a kettle but no fridge or telephone. There was no kettle in room 5. Also, room 5 had a double bed and a single bed, and room 4 had two single beds, which we were asked to move by ourselves. When asked about the refrigerator, they answered that they were fully occupied and no, attention, "an extra refrigerator". That is, we are second-class guests and we have conveniences on a leftover principle? "Friends will share the fridge with you" - the administrator came up with a great idea. Well, the most extravaganza is the air conditioner in room 4. "It hasn't been done yet, go to your friends to cool off" (c) Here we go nuts. Fortunately, the night was cool. The next morning, on another receptionist's shift, we were asked to move, and room 2 ended up with a refrigerator and air conditioning, and with cups. However, all the same without a phone. A few words about the decoration of the rooms: number 4 is a shock, I am attaching a photo. The repair is very staggering. Rooms 2 and 5 are fresher, but have different furnishings and odd outlets and creaky floors. The "collective farm baroque" does not match the theme of the rest of the complex. Bathrooms are normal, all plumbing and hair dryers are in working order, but hot water may run out. In the 2nd room, the shower switches poorly. As for the declared wi-fi - it is without a password, but the signal is very weak and constantly disappears. The signal of the mobile Internet (Rostelecom) in the building is generally disgusting, constantly E. The territory of the hotel is small, we liked the gazebo, entwined with grapes, but the light did not work there. The only thing we really liked here was the food. Breakfasts are ordered the day before at the reception, at a convenient time. Everything is prepared in portions. You can select any three items from the list. Lunches and dinners are already for a fee, also a pre-order system, we had one menu for two rooms. The portions are large, out of everything ordered I didn’t like only "pork beef stroganoff", salted, and in general it is not clear how pork "Stroganoff beef" can be. Summary: we don't recommend this place, really bad service here.

I ordered a bungalow for 3500 through Booking, gave a room for 2900.
The door to the toilet does not close, there is no hot water in the evening, you need to order breakfast in the evening (4 units😂🙈), it is inconvenient, the road to the hotel is horrible, you can turn on either a kettle or a refrigerator in the room 😂, but! There are slippers😂, I want to put them on, the bed is wrinkled, the feeling that they slept in it, smoked under the windows and on the balconies, everything pulls into the room.
But the staff is good
