After reading the reviews, the hotel actually exceeded our expectations) I admit some shortcomings (yes, there is no soundproofing, and if this is important to you, this is not your option), but for me they do not play a significant role, but it was nice to note the advantages that are important to me , so for my needs I rate the hotel 5.
No more than 10 minutes walk from the station and metro, about 5 minutes walk - a bus stop, renovation and furniture are quite new, clean, comfortable mattresses, non-portioned shampoo and shower gel in the room (in a dispenser), air freshener (an intimate detail, which in hotels for some reason they usually don’t consider it necessary to take care of), a hairdryer (with a nozzle! this is rare and more powerful than ordinary hotel ones), on the 1st floor there is a water cooler, on the 3rd there is an iron and ironing board (with gauze! hotels about they never care about this, and this is a very pleasant surprise), 2 electronic keys to the room (this also does not always happen), kind employees.
The design of the shower is controversial, but in practice the curtain worked perfectly: even with prolonged washing under a tropical shower, the water practically did not leave the shower area; I was surprised that someone had a lot of spills. The climate control was periodically very noisy, it’s a pity that there is no way to turn it off. Breakfast, perhaps, could have been tastier and more varied, but overall it was decent.

Nice hotel, conveniently located, clean, tidy, has its own parking. In terms of the size of the room, of course, everything is very minimalistic, but everything you need is there. I recommend.

The downside is the quality of service.
The night manager may not be friendly enough.
The audibility is excellent, you can perfectly hear what they are whispering about in the next room.
But most importantly, be prepared for the fact that a maid may come into your room with her key when you are resting and do not answer the knock on the door! Even if you have a “do not disturb” sign on your door!

The location of the hotel is convenient, the administrator gave us directions, we walked around in the evening without any problems, walked to the old city center towards the Kremlin, returned by bus, only 2 stops, bus fare 30 rubles, convenient payment by bank card on the bus. We stayed at the hotel for one night. Room 220, standard, everything is new, three towels are provided, there are dispensers for gel and shampoo, they are full, this is not always provided. Hairdryer available. Tea cups. There is really only one chair, but the room is quite small, in principle it was comfortable and sufficient for us. Everywhere is clean and warm. The reception is beyond praise, neat and caring staff. We included breakfast in the room rate. Breakfast is good, filling buffet style. There is enough food. The staff in the cafe is also very polite, you can feel that people work with passion and care about their job. All liked it. If we are in Nizhny Novgorod, we will stay here.

Disgusting management attitude. Due to health reasons, I had to urgently cancel the trip and, accordingly, cancel my hotel reservations (I had several). Absolutely all prepaid reservations were refunded, except for this hotel! We contacted the hotel several times (through Yandex travel and in person), no loyalty, zero customer focus.
May your manager also be so lucky with service somewhere.
