Our stay here was pleasant and the staff was really nice and could talk in perfect English. Unfortunately they didn't give us our visa registration when we left and we had some trouble in the next location we went to. But when we called they instantly mailed us a digital copy of the registration and the problem was resolved.

This hotel has a number of recently built rooms with modern furniture and sanitary ware. So if you will be placed there, as was me with my family you will be very pleased by your stay. Parking lot is at the back of the hotel building and there is no direct access to that. However if you have a lot of bags security guys can open back door and save you from long walk to your car. Food quality is poor, service in the restaurants is poor. Restaurant on the 2nd floor couldn’t provide milk for black tea. Buckwheat with chanterelles is the most terrible dish I ever met - chanterelles were totally burnt. There were many waiters but tables were bad served and cleaned. Not value for money. Never recommend this place.
