- We checked in on June 8 and went for a walk. We got back at 7pm in the evening. It turned out that there was no hot or cold water in the hotel, and the toilet did not work. The receptionist said that there had been no water since morning, but when we checked in, she “didn't know about it”. Whether the water will be later - the administrator could not answer. We wrote an application for a refund (not yet returned) and decided to look for another hotel. The administrator did not apologize, did not offer help .... As a result, on Saturday at 7 pm in the high season we were literally left on the street. We found a hotel, but with a worse location (Saturday, high season) and almost 2 times more expensive. These are the facts. You can draw your own emotions.
