Great place. I've stayed there twice. Clean, affordable, and welcoming. The view of the Volga is stunning. Everything is close by. Anyone giving a bad rating is probably just sitting in their room and throwing up. I'll definitely stay at this hotel when I go to Nizhny. Thanks to the staff, they're great.

Guest service is good. Staff is open, helpful and supportive. Breakfast is awfull, should be much better. The building and rooms interior is quite old. It's hard to honestly evaluate this hotel with others hotels in the city, haven't seen any. In comparison to Europe hotels the level is quite low.

The excellent location of the hotel is the most significant plus, and if you're lucky, there will be a view of the Volga, the hall and the elevator look presentable, but as for the room, it's already a little worse. The furniture is neat, everything you need is there (a kettle, a TV, an air conditioner, a refrigerator is also there, but it roars and rattles soooo that it can only be used not during sleep). There is a huge crack in the whitewash on the ceiling, lumps fall with cement (((((For two days we have never been cleaned, we woke up in the morning with whitewash on the floor, so we lived with it until we left), respectively, we did not take out the garbage. Breakfast is very modest (omelet, boiled egg, 1 type of porridge in milk, 1 time there were boiled sausages (the next day, pork basics), fresh cabbage salad, Russian salad, sausage slices (of dubious type and quality), pancakes and muffins. A balanced diet is impossible. And all this costs on small plates, from which all this is swept away in 2 minutes))) This is certainly not the main thing, but still it would be much better either to raise the price of breakfasts or to remove them altogether. day and not think about breakfast, but it turns out you need to go somewhere else, to buy something else, for example, the child was left hungry.

Normal if the windows are not facing the street. View of 5, but the street is 3 meters away. Inspector sticker at the entrance. Strange cleaning of the rooms, they came to me to clean up at 19.00. Once, too, in the evening, the maid asked for a blanket from the next bed. And also at 20.00. Was sent to the administrator, did not appear again. Feels some kind of collective farm. Some rooms do not have air conditioning.

The hotel does not seem interested in their guests. The room was very old, with a strong smell of urea. Also in the room at one of the beds was missing a leg. An additional place that I asked was something similar to a trash can by the smell and condition. For all this "fun" I paid almost 5,000 rubles. With all this, the staff refused as politely interact with guests. In General, the hotel unworthy.
