Nice small hotel and tasty restaurant in great historical and nature surrounding..Monastery and museum nearby are must see places in Novgorod. Personnel is very welcoming. Design and infrastructure are really good. I returned after 4 years and I found many improvements in a place that is already pleasant and nearing completion. the managers and staff are of a kindness that sets them apart. I have always found a lot of availability and absolute cleanliness. As written 4 years ago .... if I were to return to the city I would come again and to date I can only recommend it.
