Excellent location, immaculately clean and comfortable. Check-in a little slow, but there was a conference on at the time with many checking in and only one person on reception. Many rooms, if not all, lack air conditioning but good fresh air with windows that can be opened.

Excellent room, good quality decoration and bedding, included hygiene items such as shampoos, slippers and a toothbrush. They met us halfway and checked us in even earlier than the agreed time, since we were off the train and the room was already ready, and on the last day we were able to leave our things in the storage room after check-out and until the return train. The building dates back to 1959 but has been renovated recently. The public areas and the restaurant are very stylish. Some of the rooms are rather modest but functional and well maintained - providing an excellent value.

Stayed for a weekend at the end of February with a family with children. The hotel is clean, quiet and welcoming. Family rooms are large, bright, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel left a mixed impression. Of the benefits - polite staff and a good Christmas program. Of the minuses - total shovels, disgusting food, lack of hot water on new years eve, a broken TV in the room, which was not able to fix, long check out.

Excellent hotel and service at 2.000 ruble/night (25 euro). I reserved a small room but inside was a strange smell. They changed my room with a better one without paying extra money. Breakfast can be improved but taking in consideration the money that we are paying we understand that are limitations.

Well situated and the service was remarkable

Our stay did not start on the right note as we can by the overnight train from Moscow and there was not possibility of early check-in. Though it was more than made up the fact that the hotel is very close to the Kremlin, the market and the railway station. The rooms were beautifully done and we found it to be cozy. All in all definitely recommended

One blanket per room. At 8.10 a fire alarm went off. Everyone left the rooms, accidentally worked. The reception desk could not turn off 36 minutes! !! It’s strange for me to read negative reviews where people check into the CHEAPEST hostel in the city, which is located ONE MINUTE walk from the Kremlin and at the same time they do not receive “proper service”. I really liked the hostel!!! Close to the Kremlin, i.e. 2 minutes walk to the Central Gate, and the same to the Gorbaty Bridge over the Volkhov. The hostel is very clean and comfortable. The administrators are responsive, the kitchen has everything you need! You won't find a better place for this price!!!

Especially looking for a kitchen at the hotel. The market is two hundred meters away, I bought potatoes, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers. I brought a saucepan and olive oil with me)).
