Nice hotel with friendly and polite staff. Excellent Breakfast. Good restaurant with professional chefs. Great SPA center with swimming pool. Near the shore of the Volkhov river. Recommend

Beautiful location, own parking lot, excellent food both in the restaurant and for BB, professional staff, close to the main points of interest in the city.

One good thing is they have the receptionist, Restaurant persons who is knowing English and it was very useful for persons who don't know Russian. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious

Rates are less as I got a discount of Rub 2000 from regular price of Rub 5200 with breakfast. Nice stay and had already recommended this Radisson to my colleagues

A nice bonus when traveling with children, near the Park and a children's Playground, while dining at the restaurant, watched from the window behind the games of our six-year-olds. Pool the pandemic is not working

Nice hotel. Located in the center and the rooms fresh. Two problems: there is no Elevator and when I stayed in did not have double standards with a large bed, only two. Maybe something has changed since then.

In size, a standard room is ideal for two, but if with a small child, then it is already cramped (and the double bed is not very wide). A pretty good breakfast is served until 10

We had a standard one on the second floor, with a wonderful view of the towers and a white cat next door in the hallway. Quiet, light, warm, very clean

After checking in,when we learned about sauna ,we were told we should pay for it sepretately! But, from the website, we can see we needn't pay, included in the room rate

But they said no! It was terrible! Also, we were arranged the first floor , the room is very dark and the corridor is dark hot , the air was too bad, no fresh air! The woman manager was too bad to Foreighers, not friendly! We got no help !

We booked it because we thought it would be specil hotel and good one
